Know thyself .A sentence so simple and straightforward , however hidden the universal truth for humanity to unfold . Are we willing to live the path of spirituality , discipline and know ourself , how to improve and transform ourself .The question is always how to transform and know ourself , words that we always listen and do not know the how . We always have to go back to basic of Sahaja Yoga . Without getting self realisation , learn and go through the whole process of Sahaja yoga program , and with dedication and devotion , we are unable to grasp the divinity within us . With proper discipline and clearing & cleansing of the chakras & channels . gradually with time , everything will be unfold to us to know and with full understanding , the full transformation can be manifest .We have to live in the process in order to understand divinity .Divinity have to be felt and experience within , otherwise no words can fully explain the formless .
