The Awakened Ones

When the human design is allowed to work properly, One Holy Spirit is incarnate in a multitude of human lives. Each of these healthy humans knows the Holy Spirit as his or her own spirit. The Awakened Ones are the healthy cells in my planetary organ of intelligence. They are my teachers, healers, priests and priestesses; they are the new doctors and new lawyers. They teach the laws of Love, the laws of Health, the laws of Creation. They assist in the removal of all that obscures perception and diminishes the experience of God.
They do not lead people externally, as in the old world. They guide all who are open to the inner leadership of the indwelling Spirit. They are the angels whom I have sent, not to speak of God afar, but to dwell on Earth, an example of the truth that they themselves are. Thousands of Awakened Ones already light this world and soon there will be many more, incarnate men and women, whom all in love shall meet.
The Awakened Ones share my Spirit and my power. My Presence works through each of them. Through them I teach, heal and forgive sins. When one of these Awakened Ones forgives sins, it is I that forgive, and when one of these Awakened Ones heals, it is I that heals. My Presence acts on all from within, but when my inner activity is accompanied by the outer activity of an Awakened One, it is much easier for people to be made whole; for the Truth then is not abstract, but manifest in expression.
Sacred writings can lead people to my Spirit, but it is my Spirit working through people that will change the world. I now send you as the agents of my inspiration. I give you the assurance that you will succeed. The age has turned. Go forth with certainty, knowing that these teachings, these Truths, will be welcomed.

Man, by design, is the crucial link in the attempt to unify Spirit with Matter. On this downward arc of evolution, humanity has spent eons involving itself in matter. It is now time to evolve. Spirit is returning to this plane, in power, in order to effect unification with those humans who can surrender their self-focus and willingly turn their physical vehicles over to the leadership of Christ Consciousness. This, many are afraid to do, as the ego-personality is accustomed to perceiving itself as a separate entity, apart from The All, The Absolute, what men call God. This fear must be released. Man must set himself afloat upon the waters of tomorrow. Care not for what we leave behind, for so much more is awaiting us.
During this period of Transition, we can help the most by allowing ourselves to be used for Spirit's purposes. Although people are fond of saying that "God is dead". God is not "dead". If the All were dead, nothing would exist, as we live in the Mind of the All. What has happened is that we have not allowed Christ consciousness, - the Love Aspect of God - to express itself through us, through our daily thoughts and activities. Foolishly, we then mistakenly believe that because we have refused Christos a base of operations, that there cannot be a God.
All of this has arisen through man's false belief that he is a separated entity, apart from the Creation and from other selves. At one point in man's evolution, this belief was necessary, in order to help build vehicles for Spirit to work through in the lower, grosser physical planes. We have reached the axis of turning. The belief in separateness will no longer be needed where we are going. It will not fit, it will not have a place. Now is the time for us to release the idea of the "I" and to embrace the Truth of "We".
We can become vessels of Love. We will not lose our individuality. We will only lose our attachment to that individuality, as we move forward in group formation.

Timeshift 2011

Ready or not, here comes the next big wave.
If you're feeling edgy, apprehensive, maybe a bit fearful and sometimes ecstatic, you're tuned in to the next phase in the quantum evolutionary journey that is 2011.
With six eclipses this year, four planets changing signs and volatile outer-planet configurations on the way, 2011 is bursting with potential and equally enormous challenges.
Notice the massive upheaval we've already seen in the first few weeks of the new year, including historic flooding in Australia, political revolution in Tunisia, and tragic loss in an attempted assassination in the United States. And then there's the mysterious "aflockalypse" afflicting land, sky and sea creatures around the world as the environment continues to deteriorate.
The challenges are great, but we're up to it. As the waves of change come faster and faster, this year offers a rare opportunity to revolutionize our reality, and it's going to require vigilant focus and great love to do it.
The next two months will give us an idea how all this volatility will play out.
The Line-Up
Today the gas giant Jupiter completed his journey in the spiritual depths of Pisces and entered the initiating fire of Aries. On March 11, Uranus, planet of chaos, will follow. Between now and then, Saturn turns retrograde in Libra, Chiron enters Pisces, and the final underworld of the Mayan calendar begins.
The period of February 2-4 is especially potent with the Aquarius New Moon aligning with the cross-quarter gateway of Imbolc (or Lammas if you're in the southern hemisphere) and leading into a potent Full Moon in Leo/Aquarius on February 17/18.
In March the energies ramp up when Uranus blazes into Aries, igniting the Leo Full Moon just before the March 20 Equinox. On April 4, transiting Neptune joins brother Chiron in Pisces, opening a multidimensional gateway of illumination that will be confusing as well as enlightening.
And that's just the next two months!
The Universal Underworld in Carl Johan Calleman's interpretation of the Mayan calendar is the single most intriguing element of the 2011 landscape. Beginning March 9, the rate of consciousness evolution speeds up by a factor of 20, so a shift in consciousness that took a whole year from 1999 until now (or 20 years prior to 1999) will take only 20 days. This phase, and all nine underworlds in Calleman's system, end on October 28 of this year.
If Calleman's right, and I believe he is, life on Earth will look radically different before the end of the year.
Time as we've known it is collapsing, and we'll notice the biggest shift yet beginning in March. So thoughts turn into reality faster, and we're flooded with possibilities each moment. This new way of being is chaotic, but also exhilarating once we get the hang of it.
The Big Picture
As I wrote in my 2011 Astro Forecast, 2011 is a tipping point, a huge new beginning for humanity and the Earth. If you wait around for 2012, you’ll miss it.
Are there areas of your life that are due for an overhaul? Now's the time. In 2011, you can ride the energy waves and make changes very quickly. On the flip side, if you don't participate in your evolutionary process, the energies will initiate the changes anyway, and it will be even less comfortable.

Restoring Ancient Knowledge

One point of interest, among others, is that within the Ka'aba there is a golden dish with an inscription honoring King Vikrama.
In line with what I have shared with you in my blog posts and other replies concerning our Earth Mother and the Egg Mysteries, is that the word "Allah," in Hindu, as mentioned in the article, means Goddess, or Mother Goddess; for us this is a reference to our Mother Earth, something that was understood in the past, but lost to us in modern times.
In ancient times, as I have spoken about involving six past stages/Worlds leading to our present one-- the seventh or Fourth World (three early stages and four Worlds, representing the orbits of Pluto through our Earth Mother)-- people circumnambulated around temples and objects seven times in acknowledgement and respect for this natural, holy cycle within our system. Note that inscriptions found within the Ka'aba show images of our solar system.
As you pointed out, the Ka'aba existed far back in the past-- once simply as a rock before it was shrouded, surrounded by other structures, etc., and was venerated even then. To my people, according to our Law of Life, these sites and events represent distant memories associated with what we call Nohu'na'uyi'yta-- the Secret of The Hidden Egg (what the Hopi sometimes call the Mystery Egg) and how that involves the migrations of worlds, progressing the evolution of life within our sun system. As is often the case with lost knowledge, veneration and ceremony may continue long after the true meaning for them has been forgotten.
Our Mongko retains knowledge of these matters, which we are instructed to return to everyone now, at the end of this Fourth World, when the next egg is readying to be birthed (the underlying cause of Global Warming), following which our Earth will migrate to the highest place of our system-- the Fifth World, Taalawsohu, the place of the Morning Star. To fully appreciate what this cycle means to us is first to appreciate all the Earth is to us, to remember that She is the source of all we have, the one who has been carrying us forward toward the Fifth World/paradise/heaven, and our completed evolution, for many ages.
As long as we remain immovable from our Mother Earth, ever trusting in Her even unto death (which is a natural part of our evolutionary process) we are safe and on course to complete our journeys home.

Consciousness change
There is a point at which all of the changes that have been spoken of in the last few years come about.
As we moved into November 2010, all of the long awaited shifts in energy began in earnest and we started a new phase of development as the energies we have available to us entered a new, and final, phase of acceleration.
Many felt this new phase begin and welcomed it in, whilst others started to feel that they were under pressure, almost to the point of feeling under some kind of ‘attack’.
So what is going on?
If you look at the graph below, what is represented there is the way in which the energy frequencies connected with us and the Earth have changed in recent years.
In order for us to be physical on this planet, the Earth has always produced a ‘base-note’ frequency of 7.56 Hz (that is a frequency of 7.56 cycles per second). Don’t worry if you do not understand cycles per second or Hz, it is the values of the level of change that are important.
The Earth’s own frequency is that which allows the soul to take on physical form and also, through our ‘root’ chakra, connects us to the Earth.
At the time of Atlantis, we had the whole of the soul within the physical body – not the physical self/higher self soul division we have become used to. The problem was that we knew that the Earth’s base-note frequency was too low to maintain our original ‘whole soul’ state but we did not know what this frequency needed to be raised to in order for us to be in that state again.
For the past 7,000 years we have been investigating what the new frequency needed to be and in the year 2,000 we finally worked it out. Once we had arrived at the answer, the Earth responded immediately and raised her base-note frequency from its original 7.56 Hz to 3,500 Hz (3.5 kHz) in May of that year (green line on graph). Unfortunately, humans being humans, we were a little slow in responding in the same way and it has taken us a further ten years to arrive at the point where we can accelerate our own energies.
A new phase of existence
This is what happened at the start of November 2010. As can be seen from the graph (blue line), we had raised our own frequencies a little (to around 13 Hz) but then the graph begins to curve and then rise. By the start of November 2011 we will have caught up with the changes the Earth has already made and be in a position to resonate at 3.5 kHz, allowing us to reintegrate the whole of the soul back into the body and, for the first time in 7,000 years, once again become true Human Beings.
Once we have achieved that new state, we begin an entirely new phase of human existence which has no time limit.
The November 2011 date then allows us an extra year to sort ourselves out before the end of the calendrical cycle of the ‘Fifth Sun’, of the Mayan Calendar, that ends on the 21st December 2012. The important thing to remember about the Mayan Calendar is that it does not mean the end of the world, it just means that we have completed the last cycle of our old way of life and we are set to begin an entirely new level of being. As we do begin our new consciousness, the calendar ‘rounds’ begin afresh and, this time, there are no limits and no end-dates.
What we are becoming is very difficult to describe, as we do not have an adequate vocabulary to describe our new way of being. One thing is for certain, it will be beyond our wildest imaginings.
There are, of course, those who have attempted to prevent us from reaching this point by attempting to create ‘A New World Order’. This acceleration, in our own levels of consciousness, will ensure that this ‘opposition’ will not, and cannot, succeed but it will not stop them from trying and so 2011 and 2012 are likely to be periods where our transition will appear difficult.
Just think of this time as though you were riding on a surf board – whatever the seas of change throw at us, just ride over the waves, do not become drowned in the falsely created currents that would hold our change back.
It might be a bumpy ride for a little while, but our destination is a new paradise on Earth.

This acceleration, in our own levels of consciousness, will ensure that this ‘opposition’ will not, and cannot, succeed but it will not stop them from trying and so 2011 and 2012 are likely to be periods where our transition will appear difficult.
Just think of this time as though you were riding on a surf board – whatever the seas of change throw at us, just ride over the waves, do not become drowned in the falsely created currents that would hold our change back.
It might be a bumpy ride for a little while, but our destination is a new paradise on Earth.

Turn the Dial
Spirals and Cycles. Everything in Creation, from Atom to Super Universes, achieves their evolution via the mechanism of the spiraling cycle. This planet is coming to the end of a very, very long cycle. It is not being destroyed, but is ascending to a higher plane of consciousness. This can be likened to frequencies on a radio receiver. If we turn the dial, we hear a different station than before. The previous station still exists, we are just no longer tuned to its frequency. Just as the station we are listening to now always existed, but we were unable to hear it until we turned the dial to a location which enabled us to pick up its frequency.
Well, Earth is in the process of "turning the dial". Humanity has the ability to tune into this "new station" as well. The transition is made easier if the mass of humanity chooses to make the switch. If that is not possible, it is still within the ability of individual human beings to tune themselves to this new frequency. In the past, very few humans have been successful in making this transition. It is hoped that the Grace being offered to mankind at this time will be taken advantage of, resulting in a more successful Harvest.
Simply put, when we steadily focus our intent in a certain direction, our thoughts, feelings and actions should eventually begin to reflect that intent. If we intend to shift our consciousness to a higher rate of vibration, we must consecrate ourselves to doing the things that are necessary to enable us to turn the dial.
This does not mean merely being "good", or doing "good" works. Dualistic "good" is the smallest part of dualistic "evil". We must act from a position of righteousness. Not dualistic righteousness, but the righteousness that comes from doing what is right, simply because it is the Right thing to do. Think Right, Feel Right, Speak Right, Act Right. Easy? No. But nothing worthwhile is ever truly easy.
We humans are a lazy bunch. We tend to follow the path of least resistance. Maximum pleasure, minimum work. That would be great if it weren't for the fact that the pleasures we seek are all fleeting and frequently detrimental to our soul growth. Great rewards require great sacrifice. If one intends to make the Harvest this time, one should remain focused on following the pattern set down for us by The Christed One. Self-forgetfulness and service-to-others. If one choose to reject such an approach, well, one has effectively made one's choice, and will have to accept ultimate responsibility for the consequences, which promise to be far-reaching and extremely long-term.

Sahaja Yoga does not mean sit and doing meditation
Today is a very auspicious day, and this day we give sesame seeds and jaggery to all and request them to speak sweetly. We say to others but we should understand ourselves also. Because it is very easy to say to others that you speak sweetly and I may speak as I like. Because of such tendency today nobody speaks sweetly, wherever you go you find people shouting. Can’t understand what has happened, they can’t talk without shouting. But actually we have imagined some things about ourselves. We don’t know anything about God’s blessings. God has given us a big blessing in this country.
See, nothing much is thought about cleanliness in this country. There are various kinds of germs and various kinds of parasites in this country. I say that parasites of the whole world are in this country. Those you won’t find anywhere else are in this country. If parasites go to other countries from here they get destroyed, they just cannot survive in such cold. By the blessing of the Sun, many parasites are here in this country and a scientist once asked me how we stay alive by winning over them. “How can people even stay alive in your country India?” I said not only are they alive, but they live happily, enjoying themselves, they live happily – and the reason is this Sun. This Sun has taught us to keep our homes open, to keep our hearts open. In England if you have to go out somewhere, it takes you fifteen minutes to change clothes. You have to go out wearing everything, wearing helmet etc., otherwise the cold there enters your head and eats it off. So such is the situation there. Today you are sitting here in the open, you are sitting like this here, it cannot happen like this in England. Everywhere, in all countries, they are tired of the cold. Even in our country there are such countries (states), there are such provinces, where we can say for e.g. Bhuvali or if we go that side, ahead of Nainital, like ahead of Dehradun, if we go towards that side of Himalayas – like those places, it is just like that here, it is so cold there, just like it is in England or America, it is like that here. Where even small insects cannot survive, there even small insects cannot survive.
There are big forests there, and those forests have beautiful flowers. People call it “Valley of Flowers”, it is so beautiful that it seems like the Garden of Heaven, but it is very temporal. It is so cold there that one has to think even to see, even to open the eyes. One has to wear spectacles and go out otherwise it’s a problem. It is so cold there, like this despite being in other countries they have achieved their progress. Like that, even in our country they have fought the climate and erected their countries. Even though we have this big blessing we do not pay attention there that we have such a big blessing of the sun. There is a lot of solar energy in our nation. If we start using it we will have no problem of energy. We can also run the machines from it. Those of us who are in positions of power, the attention of such people is on other things that’s why such a big blessing of the Sun bears no fruit, it causes problems, there is an excess. We can do a lot of work by saving it.
The main thing to be learnt from Sun is the power to give. The Sun keeps on giving, keeps on giving, doesn’t take anything, keeps on giving. And it has such a power of giving that the same power drives the rain here, the same power drives the agriculture here, the same power drives the harvest. If there is no sun then nothing will happen. We are in this state today only because of this power of love. But what we have to learn from it is that the power of giving should also come in us. But if we see from top to bottom we find people thinking how to save money in this, how to keep for myself. Supposing I give money for some programme, even in that people say we should save money in this. Who asked you to save money? They say to save and keep. But for what? If you have been given to spend why do you save? So somehow to suck from it, to save something, it is the habit everywhere. Go anywhere in the market, anywhere, they say that we have increased the price in that. So what for? Because he has increased so we have increased. Yes but if the cost is the same then why increase? Howsoever this power has to be sucked. Now even if some small work is taken up, people say, “Mother, see this will not work out properly.” So I said why? “Because they eat (take) money.” So I said, “Is it? We eat food and they eat money, so will it not work out?” I mean, they are such strange people, those who are supposed to do the benevolence of the nation, those who are the administrators, those who have been given all the positions by God, even they don’t understand that we have to give, one should learn from this Sun whether we are for giving or for taking. Basically till the condition of man doesn’t change that we have come for giving, not for taking; one should be fond of this.
Like how your mother is fond of this that my son will come, what should I do for him? What should I cook? Today should I cook this, or that? How a mother is fond of that? Whether it is there at home or not, after collecting some money from here and there, from neighborhood, some sweet or the other she will cook and serve you. She feels whether do this or that? Without developing such a fondness from inside, without collectively developing such a hobby, without developing such a hobby for others, welfare cannot be achieved not only for our country but for any country. But from whom can we loot what, from whom can we take what, from whom can we ask for what, whom can we entangle where, we keep on thinking this only. And because of such thinking our children would also be in trouble, we would also be in trouble, no work can happen in this country. If anything is said, in my in-laws’ place it has started that we will dig and make a big lake. If everything is eaten by hem then what will we get?
Today this Sankranti we are celebrating in the Sankrant, Sankrant means the “auspicious” revolution which has to be brought about that we should inculcate the habit of giving. Now everyone says that the habit of giving should be developed; now if we go to any priest we are supposed to donate. Does donation mean giving to the priest? Its not like that. Or else someone will say one should donate, to fill ones stomach one should donate, these people give lectures etc. like that. There is no meaning of this. You donate to me, what is there in you like that? Why should we donate to you? If donation has to be given, then to whom, this question arises. So with open heart, for our country, for our brethren, for people around us, what we do, that is to be seen. We should not try to avoid bothering ourselves. We should do charity with an open heart. There is a special joy in that, which we always enjoy. One should give with full heart and soul, the joy that is in that, it is nowhere else. Today’s festival has to be celebrated to get that joy.
Means our behavior should be like this Sun. It does not occur to it that it does something. It doesn’t know anything, it is in the ‘non-doer’ state. It keeps on burning continuously, and it nurtures you by continuously giving light to you, joy to you, life-force to you. Daily we see it, many people bow to it also, but that’s it, we do not absorb anything from it. Its power to give, and its capability should come in our country, I had said a small thing, that all Sahaj Yogis should plant Banyan trees at the edge of the trees. Do we need money from the government for that? There is no expense in making a fence around it. This only this year. Let us plant a tree and there is no substantial expense in making a fence around it. There is more expense in smoking beedi. Try to do this only. I mean it should be visible that we do something from somewhere. Instead of that how to rob someone, how to take money from someone, how to save oneself, this country cannot progress from such a habit.
But earlier the people were not like this here. I tell you, when we were young, we have seen only people who give, only people who give. We did not see people who take, they did not like to take. I remember at my father’s place they had made silver chairs, and Chhatar. Everyone said why have you done it, what was the need? So he said that in marriages etc. one has to get it on rent, it is better it will be at home, let it be. Then he was strolling somewhere, so someone said I need the chhattar, so he said it is there where the marriage happened last time, you can take it from there. From there to somewhere else, then someplace else, and then where it disappeared nobody knows. But what I have to say, his thought process was like that, what to do, now I have money, what to do with it, it should be used to do something collective, something public only.
If you have to make a Badminton court then everybody should play there, it should not be that only my children should play. If he has bought a motor-car then all children should go to school in that, so a big car has to be bought, everyone should go in that. This collectiveness, this making our temperament public we should learn from the Sun. Today’s day is a special day, this day we should take this essence that from today we will do some or the other public work. How can food go in peoples’ stomachs, I don’t understand. You have not seen your neighbours, you have not done any public work, I say a small thing – you start by planting one-two trees only. Even then how many Sahaja Yogis are there in our Maharashtra? If every Sahaja Yogi plants one tree and takes its care it will be a big benevolence for them. Such is my request to everyone that do some or the other public work but we have to collect money in that, we have to do like this, don’t do such things. Not like giving money to the priests. Straightforward with open heart, with love we have to do something for the people and have to enjoy that, this is desired. Now this doesn’t mean that you do freeloading. I will never say that Sahaja Yogis have come from somewhere, give them something for free, never.
But this thing has come in these people. And while coming they have got so many presents, I also have a small hand in this, even then they have got so many by themselves, to give to you people. They have got so many things out of their own wish, earlier I thought it is what I had bought from Rome but they said no Mother, we have not taken yours. We have bought and got our own, like yours. They are very happy that they got this, got that, gave this, but they don’t know what they have given to whom. Here I sat and give him, give her, take his name, take another’s name. And there Indians were sitting and saying, “My child did not get till now, my mother.” The mother also came in front, limping; I said take this for your mother. She did not get the Nauvar saari. Now I did not have the Nauvar saari. I said give the saari, okay, fine. Such people are there. These people are the opposite. These people came here so they got so much, they say they got 2 tons of material. My hands started aching distributing these two tons. Like this two tons was distributed to everyone. I don’t say that you have to give them like this, but we should present before them such ideal character, like we are no less. If you have come then we are standing in front of you for your service. You have come and we are here to look after you. There is no problem in whatever we can do. There is no expenditure in that, there is no trouble in that.
Only the temperament of the heart should be changed. If that does not change in Sahaja Yoga then I don’t think there will be any change of heart through Sahaja Yoga. The biggest temperament that should be developed is that of giving to others. The Kundalini gets awakened in Sahaja Yoga, and we become the Spirit, and the essence of the spirit os to give to everyone like the sun. You have seen my photograph, in it such a big sun has come in my heart. In reality there is a Sun in my heart. And because of that sun only I never feel as if I should rob anyone. How it is I cannot understand means from which corner in the brain does such a thought come that we should rob them I do not know. People who are like this should not come in Sahaja Yoga. But we should daily think what we can give from our side. What can we do, now how can we do.
In your Rahuri also I have started an organization which we have named “Sahaja Stree Sudhar, Samaj Sudhar”, something like this. This organization has been made like this because such work cannot be done through our organization, ‘Life Eternal Trust’, so we got it registered here. Everything is done. So people from Canada are ready to donate, people from there are ready to donate, but we can’t find anybody here, for ‘Stree Sudhar’ If the women here take up this job then this can happen. The space is here, everything is here, but we don’t find any time, how will we go? These people have come from there to give you money for you, uplift the women community here. 14 machines have been sent for you. Sit there and teach something to the women. Can’t you see, they are roaming here and there empty stomach. Make them sit, get them involved in some work. They will get some money in their hands, that will bring their welfare. We should think a little like this. Why only think of oneself.
A Sahaja Yogi should understand that one cannot think like this. We cannot think only about ourselves. We should come forward for the welfare of the world. I always say that the saints are there for the welfare of the world but the world is there for the welfare of the saints only. Means then it will be done. In such a situation only the welfare of the saints would be achieved. Therefore the saints that you are, you will have to keep the perspective of a saint and the first sign of a saint is that he has to give, has to keep on giving. We have never heard that the saints have ever looted anyone. He remains a saint, such a thing never enters his head. So we should think what we can give from our side, how much love can we give, how much welfare of the people can we do. And we should not do things like what has started nowadays as public work like election etc. but we should work without any self-interest.
Like the Mother’s love is interest-free, there is no interest on that, like this the love which is resilient, which flows till eternity, we should know how to give such love from which you will automatically understand what needs to be given. Slowly this correction should happen, it should happen in all Sahaja Yogis. You will have to give some time for this, you will have to get involved after giving time, its not that Shri Mataji came, gave the lecture and finished, not like that. These people have done a lot of work, like they have started schools, and they are doing a lot to improve the society, we should also start like this else in Sahaja Yoga we have got our realization, we are wallowing in the ocean of joy and we become gods of lethargy, it should not be like this. How should we help others? We should look everywhere around us and with a vision of love we should think what can be done by us? Till now I have not come to India, just see after coming I am going to put everyone to work, so it will be better to start before itself.
Sahaja Yoga does not mean just sitting and doing meditation. What kind of Sahaja Yoga for only doing meditation? For that go to the Himalayas. If you have to do Sahaja Yoga sitting here then it should be for the welfare of the people. And not at all like the public works of nowadays but real work will have to be accomplished. Then only can it be said that we have established Sahaja Yoga. Now enough of my praise, I have heard much praise, heard the song, I felt very nice, felt very contended, people recognized, etc. etc. etc. But one thing should be understood – you should work to understand what you are otherwise you won’t be able to look at yourself in the mirror. You should see what has been given to you. Like you earlier used to cook at home, look after your children, if now also the situation is like that then which has no collective or public dimension then I cannot understand what you have gained even after getting Sahaja Yoga. You are like you were.
Therefore in the New Year minimum of minimum everyone should tell how many trees of Banyan have you planted, this is the first thing. And secondly I should get to hear which collective work you have done. Any collective work which you see, whatever catches your eye, whatever you can do, and do nicely. No money is required in that, only preparation of the heart is required. When I had established this Sahaja Yoga, then by giving realization to one lady, without even a single paisa, I didn’t get any kind of support. I started. But it has spread much today due to the sincerity and truthfulness of that work. Now every one of you, each man, each woman, has this big responsibility that we have to tell people about Sahaja Yoga by giving some or the other proof of it. There is no need to take any rule in your hands, there is no need to do anything illegal, nor is it required to do anything wrong. On the straight path you just have to see with your open eyes that what can we do? What welfare of the people can we do and where. I am sitting here to give power to all of you so you should get involved in this work. I do not want any votes for this work, I do not want any post, nothing. Promise me that we are going to start some such work.
The second point is like this that there comes an obstruction sometimes when people start working they start asking for money at different places. First get the money. Don’t ask for money at all. Whatever work can be done without money start that work first. First collecting money, everyone thinks that no work gets done without money, you have the power why do you need money?
If someone is sick in the neighbourhood you should go and see him, someone is sick there, they are troubled, you should go and see. The other day, a householder, an ill person whose hand was like this (hanging). It was a two-minute job, any Sahaja Yogi could’ve could have cured him, but they got him to Me and that too in the middle of the program – “Mother, please cure his hand.” You are so many Sahaja Yogis, the power is flowing through your hands, these people have never come. If you cannot even cure this much then why are you called Sahaja Yogis? Then my mother is sick, my father is like this, his feet are broken. Then you set it right! You have the power, at least try it out. So you should help the people, without having any expectations, with joy, with that feeling, there is really a lot of joy in that. I am nothing, just an instrument of the divine, in this world, in this country, in this family, we are giving something or the other, how big is this concept, of how much pride is this thing if you understand this and resolve then something or the other would be done from your hands, and then it will be proved to the people that what is the meaning of Sahaja Yoga. Now what is the meaning of Sahaja Yoga for everyone? That everyone is sitting in meditation, done! If something untoward happens in the nation then everybody is just sitting in meditation. Now my wife doesn’t cook food, it was asked why? Because she is sitting in meditation. Is it? Who told her? First she has to cook. Even five minutes are sufficient for meditation. You have been given the power to cook excellent food.
Like this there should be a confidence in you, and there should be a capacity to work. I give you the power, take it. There is no use of just meditating daily. You should see what welfare of the people you have done. You have benefited, I should benefit, my child should benefit, set right my job, set right my mother, set right my father, set that right, come to my home, do like this, do like that, if everything you will put on me then what will you do?
We should also do something; we will do something special and show Mataji! We should resolve in our hearts like this. And the picture of Sahaja Yoga is in front of me, as described by Gyaneshwar, “Talking oceans of ambrosia, oceans of ambrosia,” where are they? That is what I want to see. So a very sweet blessing to everyone that everyone does good to everyone, does welfare, behaves with love with everyone, and speaks with love.

Then he was strolling somewhere, so someone said I need the chhattar, so he said it is there where the marriage happened last time, you can take it from there. From there to somewhere else, then someplace else, and then where it disappeared nobody knows. But what I have to say, his thought process was like that, what to do, now I have money, what to do with it, it should be used to do something collective, something public only.
If you have to make a Badminton court then everybody should play there, it should not be that only my children should play. If he has bought a motor-car then all children should go to school in that, so a big car has to be bought, everyone should go in that. This collectiveness, this making our temperament public we should learn from the Sun. Today’s day is a special day, this day we should take this essence that from today we will do some or the other public work. How can food go in peoples’ stomachs, I don’t understand. You have not seen your neighbours, you have not done any public work, I say a small thing – you start by planting one-two trees only. Even then how many Sahaja Yogis are there in our Maharashtra? If every Sahaja Yogi plants one tree and takes its care it will be a big benevolence for them. Such is my request to everyone that do some or the other public work but we have to collect money in that, we have to do like this, don’t do such things. Not like giving money to the priests. Straightforward with open heart, with love we have to do something for the people and have to enjoy that, this is desired. Now this doesn’t mean that you do freeloading. I will never say that Sahaja Yogis have come from somewhere, give them something for free, never.
But this thing has come in these people. And while coming they have got so many presents, I also have a small hand in this, even then they have got so many by themselves, to give to you people. They have got so many things out of their own wish, earlier I thought it is what I had bought from Rome but they said no Mother, we have not taken yours. We have bought and got our own, like yours. They are very happy that they got this, got that, gave this, but they don’t know what they have given to whom. Here I sat and give him, give her, take his name, take another’s name. And there Indians were sitting and saying, “My child did not get till now, my mother.” The mother also came in front, limping; I said take this for your mother. She did not get the Nauvar saari. Now I did not have the Nauvar saari. I said give the saari, okay, fine. Such people are there. These people are the opposite. These people came here so they got so much, they say they got 2 tons of material. My hands started aching distributing these two tons. Like this two tons was distributed to everyone. I don’t say that you have to give them like this, but we should present before them such ideal character, like we are no less. If you have come then we are standing in front of you for your service. You have come and we are here to look after you. There is no problem in whatever we can do. There is no expenditure in that, there is no trouble in that.
Only the temperament of the heart should be changed. If that does not change in Sahaja Yoga then I don’t think there will be any change of heart through Sahaja Yoga. The biggest temperament that should be developed is that of giving to others. The Kundalini gets awakened in Sahaja Yoga, and we become the Spirit, and the essence of the spirit os to give to everyone like the sun. You have seen my photograph, in it such a big sun has come in my heart. In reality there is a Sun in my heart. And because of that sun only I never feel as if I should rob anyone. How it is I cannot understand means from which corner in the brain does such a thought come that we should rob them I do not know. People who are like this should not come in Sahaja Yoga. But we should daily think what we can give from our side. What can we do, now how can we do.
In your Rahuri also I have started an organization which we have named “Sahaja Stree Sudhar, Samaj Sudhar”, something like this. This organization has been made like this because such work cannot be done through our organization, ‘Life Eternal Trust’, so we got it registered here. Everything is done. So people from Canada are ready to donate, people from there are ready to donate, but we can’t find anybody here, for ‘Stree Sudhar’ If the women here take up this job then this can happen. The space is here, everything is here, but we don’t find any time, how will we go? These people have come from there to give you money for you, uplift the women community here. 14 machines have been sent for you. Sit there and teach something to the women. Can’t you see, they are roaming here and there empty stomach. Make them sit, get them involved in some work. They will get some money in their hands, that will bring their welfare. We should think a little like this. Why only think of oneself.
A Sahaja Yogi should understand that one cannot think like this. We cannot think only about ourselves. We should come forward for the welfare of the world. I always say that the saints are there for the welfare of the world but the world is there for the welfare of the saints only. Means then it will be done. In such a situation only the welfare of the saints would be achieved. Therefore the saints that you are, you will have to keep the perspective of a saint and the first sign of a saint is that he has to give, has to keep on giving. We have never heard that the saints have ever looted anyone. He remains a saint, such a thing never enters his head. So we should think what we can give from our side, how much love can we give, how much welfare of the people can we do. And we should not do things like what has started nowadays as public work like election etc. but we should work without any self-interest.
Like the Mother’s love is interest-free, there is no interest on that, like this the love which is resilient, which flows till eternity, we should know how to give such love from which you will automatically understand what needs to be given. Slowly this correction should happen, it should happen in all Sahaja Yogis. You will have to give some time for this, you will have to get involved after giving time, its not that Shri Mataji came, gave the lecture and finished, not like that. These people have done a lot of work, like they have started schools, and they are doing a lot to improve the society, we should also start like this else in Sahaja Yoga we have got our realization, we are wallowing in the ocean of joy and we become gods of lethargy, it should not be like this. How should we help others? We should look everywhere around us and with a vision of love we should think what can be done by us? Till now I have not come to India, just see after coming I am going to put everyone to work, so it will be better to start before itself.
Sahaja Yoga does not mean just sitting and doing meditation. What kind of Sahaja Yoga for only doing meditation? For that go to the Himalayas. If you have to do Sahaja Yoga sitting here then it should be for the welfare of the people. And not at all like the public works of nowadays but real work will have to be accomplished. Then only can it be said that we have established Sahaja Yoga. Now enough of my praise, I have heard much praise, heard the song, I felt very nice, felt very contended, people recognized, etc. etc. etc. But one thing should be understood – you should work to understand what you are otherwise you won’t be able to look at yourself in the mirror. You should see what has been given to you. Like you earlier used to cook at home, look after your children, if now also the situation is like that then which has no collective or public dimension then I cannot understand what you have gained even after getting Sahaja Yoga. You are like you were.
Therefore in the New Year minimum of minimum everyone should tell how many trees of Banyan have you planted, this is the first thing. And secondly I should get to hear which collective work you have done. Any collective work which you see, whatever catches your eye, whatever you can do, and do nicely. No money is required in that, only preparation of the heart is required. When I had established this Sahaja Yoga, then by giving realization to one lady, without even a single paisa, I didn’t get any kind of support. I started. But it has spread much today due to the sincerity and truthfulness of that work. Now every one of you, each man, each woman, has this big responsibility that we have to tell people about Sahaja Yoga by giving some or the other proof of it. There is no need to take any rule in your hands, there is no need to do anything illegal, nor is it required to do anything wrong. On the straight path you just have to see with your open eyes that what can we do? What welfare of the people can we do and where. I am sitting here to give power to all of you so you should get involved in this work. I do not want any votes for this work, I do not want any post, nothing. Promise me that we are going to start some such work.
The second point is like this that there comes an obstruction sometimes when people start working they start asking for money at different places. First get the money. Don’t ask for money at all. Whatever work can be done without money start that work first. First collecting money, everyone thinks that no work gets done without money, you have the power why do you need money?
If someone is sick in the neighbourhood you should go and see him, someone is sick there, they are troubled, you should go and see. The other day, a householder, an ill person whose hand was like this (hanging). It was a two-minute job, any Sahaja Yogi could’ve could have cured him, but they got him to Me and that too in the middle of the program – “Mother, please cure his hand.” You are so many Sahaja Yogis, the power is flowing through your hands, these people have never come. If you cannot even cure this much then why are you called Sahaja Yogis? Then my mother is sick, my father is like this, his feet are broken. Then you set it right! You have the power, at least try it out. So you should help the people, without having any expectations, with joy, with that feeling, there is really a lot of joy in that. I am nothing, just an instrument of the divine, in this world, in this country, in this family, we are giving something or the other, how big is this concept, of how much pride is this thing if you understand this and resolve then something or the other would be done from your hands, and then it will be proved to the people that what is the meaning of Sahaja Yoga. Now what is the meaning of Sahaja Yoga for everyone? That everyone is sitting in meditation, done! If something untoward happens in the nation then everybody is just sitting in meditation. Now my wife doesn’t cook food, it was asked why? Because she is sitting in meditation. Is it? Who told her? First she has to cook. Even five minutes are sufficient for meditation. You have been given the power to cook excellent food.
Like this there should be a confidence in you, and there should be a capacity to work. I give you the power, take it. There is no use of just meditating daily. You should see what welfare of the people you have done. You have benefited, I should benefit, my child should benefit, set right my job, set right my mother, set right my father, set that right, come to my home, do like this, do like that, if everything you will put on me then what will you do?
We should also do something; we will do something special and show Mataji! We should resolve in our hearts like this. And the picture of Sahaja Yoga is in front of me, as described by Gyaneshwar, “Talking oceans of ambrosia, oceans of ambrosia,” where are they? That is what I want to see. So a very sweet blessing to everyone that everyone does good to everyone, does welfare, behaves with love with everyone, and speaks with love.

Life
Good evening, my scribe. It is I, Gyeorgos Ceres Hatonn, come in the One Light of Creator God. Be at peace, my friend.
Let the clutter of mental concern over "time" slip away for awhile so that the message may come through. There is reason for all things that impact your experience.
The subtleness of transient thoughts and ideas is perhaps the single most missed opportunity you ones experience. This is to say that many of you are too busy with your preplanned day to notice the significance of the various thoughts that come and go throughout the day.
Often it is much like when you wake up in the middle of the night after a dream and think to yourself: "I’ll surely remember this one." But you wake up the next morning with a vague recollection that there was something significant about a dream you had the night before, and that it was profound or important in some way.
Your waking thoughts often come in a more subtle manner simply due to the various conscious distractions of the physical senses. Your modern world is full of various avenues of outward sensory stimulation. This is neither good nor bad; it simply is.
We do, however, find ourselves wanting to give caution to those of you who tend to dwell excessively on such things as television and movies. These avenues of stimulation tend to create hypnotic trance-like states wherein artificial reality is, in essence, given life.
While many of you are quick to claim that you know the difference—and that it is "only a TV show" or "only a movie"—we often witness you ones placing a significant amount of energy into seeking out the next "good" movie, or scheduling your lives around some Tuesday night sitcom or such. Many of you use this sort of avenue as a mechanism to "relax" or "escape" from the "pressures" or "stresses" of life and living. Our concern is that these outward avenues consume many hours of time wherein perhaps self introspection (meditation) could take place.
We understand the need you ones have, and we do not condemn anyone for seeking relief from pressures and stresses. However, we witness more and more of you ones becoming addicted to the artificial reality generated in this manner. In many ways it is QUITE similar to the hallucination state of someone who takes strong narcotic-type drugs. Often the drug users will claim that the drugs offer them relief from the inner pressures and stresses of day-to-day living.
Perhaps the only difference, from a mental perspective, is that the drug user is the author and producer of their artificial reality experience, whereas with the one who excessively indulges in television or movies, someone else dictates the experience and you have whole groups of people impacted and influenced by the same illusion.
Your outward world is mostly built on hype and illusion. Often you ones are programmed to buy into the materialism of modern society rather than realize that the entire experience of the physical schoolroom is to help facilitate your SPIRITUAL growth—not ESCAPE from same.
Dear ones, there is a time and place for everything. You each can and do benefit greatly from a few of the more inspirational programs that are available. We ask that you consider the energy you put into your weekly routines and please set a standard for yourself.
Do you REALLY need to see EVERY newly released movie? What will really change in your life if you miss for awhile your "must see" favorite television show? How much time in relative comparison do you spend in an introspective state of self analysis, say while walking outside and enjoying Nature?
For most of you, the only time you consciously spend in an introspective state is the few minutes prior to falling off to sleep. This is fine and well and is MUCH better than none at all. However, you each—who wish to quicken the growth process and develop new talents and abilities—would be wise to consciously set aside equal amounts of time both for watching movies and television (or whatever is your escape) AND for self introspection.
Perhaps this sounds absurd to you ones, especially those of you who are accustomed to spending over 2 hours a day watching television. Our desire is to help point out a method of answering the many petitions we hear from you ones who want to know either what YOU can do to help, or the more common question: "What is my purpose in this life?"
In general, your purpose is to experience and GROW, and share your knowledge with those who come your way so that they may benefit from your experience and thus expand as well. Again, let me repeat: YOU CHOSE TO COME INTO THE PHYSICAL SO THAT YOU COULD WORK ON YOUR SPIRITUAL GROWTH!
How much of your precious time each week do you spend simply sitting quietly with just your own thoughts—with the television, radio, computer and such OFF?
Perhaps your response is: "Well, I just don’t have that kind of time to waste, just sitting around doing nothing."
To those of you who don’t own a television and rarely ever watch movies and such, then please consider that this lecture is probably not for you.
For the rest of you, let me ask: what exactly are you ACCOMPLISHING when you spend an hour sitting in front of your television? How is this more important than spending time learning how to interpret the direct Guidance being offered to you through your direct connection to Creator God?
You each have intuition, psychic experiences, ability to perceive non-physical energies and such. Many of you simply do not know how to interpret what you see with the mind, and therefore view it as simple recall or such.
Sit quietly for an hour with just yourself and the quietness of nothing to distract you, and see what thoughts or ideas come. If you are struggling with a particularly challenging situation, then ask for Help, ask for Guidance.
Please also remember to surround yourself with the White Light of Creator God as a protection to filter out interference from Dark or similarly mischievous thought-form projections and to help purify or clean the energy that comes in to you. (It would be wise to do this at ALL times, not just when you are sitting quietly.)
For some, you may claim this whole proposal to be preposterous and a waste of time. To you ones I say: don’t worry about time, for you truly have all the time in the universe, and much, much more. If you do not accomplish the growth you intended in this lifetime, there will be other opportunities, in other lifetimes, to continue right where you left off.
We are not trying to coerce you ones into becoming diligent students. We are simply pointing out a way for you ones to help yourselves move forward along your journey—particularly when you continually petition us for such help.

Was this an accident?
Perhaps your Guides are working behind the scenes with both you and the one who caused the triggering.
Learn to look at these subtle, yet common occurrences in your life, and know that we of the Higher Realms of Creation play a much larger role in your life than you ones commonly recognize.
Never underestimate the INTER-CONNECTEDNESS of all ones, everywhere. Your personal growth in THIS lifetime will greatly affect the growth of many ones in future life experiences, as well as your own future growth.
Our interactions with you ones often bring us to an inner soul-searching perspective, for we of the Lighted Brotherhood are very conscientious in our efforts to NOT usurp your free-will choice—and yet, at the same time, give you ones as much help as is possible. We often explore the outer edges of this conscientiousness as we "push the envelope" of experience while maintaining the balance for the greater good.
We could give psychic predictions in very specific detail, and this would be viewed by many as the very proof they seek. However, often the very energies who do such predicting do so with a selfish intent to gain TRUST, in order to lure a lot of people into a false zone of comfort. And then, usually after several years and a large number of followers, the rug is pulled out—after the CONFIDENCE and TRUST is used to mislead and divert a lot of well intending ones.
We of the Lighted Brotherhood find it much more productive to give you each the tools and insights you need to then learn to go within and find YOUR OWN answers. In essence, YOU each should be efforting toward becoming YOUR OWN guru, rather than relying upon others to connect on your behalf.
This is not a popular method of teaching for the masses because it requires great personal responsibility and discipline. However, you each will eventually take the next step forward and realize that YOU have to take the step for yourself.
All of the teachers you encounter along the way, who have gone before you, can talk to you, tell you how they did it, and give you insights and recommendations on how best to proceeded, but, in the final analysis, it is still YOU who are responsible for YOUR OWN spiritual growth and understanding. Much like with young children learning to walk, parents (teachers) must eventually let go and allow their children to walk for themselves—with bumps and bruises expected.
You ones are at a time on your planet wherein we wish to emphasize greatly the importance of learning to recognize and utilize your own inner connection to Source.
Be not surprised—if you choose to undertake this simple, yet effective exercise of sitting quietly and contemplating your place in the universe—when a MYRIAD of distractions attempt to keep you from accomplishing this. There are many Dark entities who do not wish for you to awaken to the spiritual potential within you, and the distractions are often in direct proportion to the fears and beliefs you hold within. This is to say that, the more you doubt yourself, the more distractions you will likely have.
THE KEY IS PERSISTENCE. In time, with persistence, you will begin to notice "coincidences" along the way. If you are one who is running into a lot of distractions and such, then simply look upon the distracting events as CONFIRMATIONS that you are on the right track!
When the scribe who is now penning this public message first started writing in this manner, many years ago, the phone would almost always ring a few minutes after the message was started. Instead of getting upset by the distraction, the phone ringing was viewed as a confirmation that what was being written was indeed important and "for real". Eventually the distraction of the phone stopped, and though there always seem to be new ones from the ever-persistent Dark forces, there also has now been cultivated an awareness wherein various confirmations, synchronicities, and "coincidences" are consciously recognized as the Guiding Hand of Lighted Energies at work.
Be diligent in your search for greater Understanding and Knowing, and the rewards you seek WILL come. Anything TRULY worth doing will be challenging and cause you to stretch.

All of the teachers you encounter along the way, who have gone before you, can talk to you, tell you how they did it, and give you insights and recommendations on how best to proceeded, but, in the final analysis, it is still YOU who are responsible for YOUR OWN spiritual growth and understanding. Much like with young children learning to walk, parents (teachers) must eventually let go and allow their children to walk for themselves—with bumps and bruises expected.
You ones are at a time on your planet wherein we wish to emphasize greatly the importance of learning to recognize and utilize your own inner connection to Source.
Be not surprised—if you choose to undertake this simple, yet effective exercise of sitting quietly and contemplating your place in the universe—when a MYRIAD of distractions attempt to keep you from accomplishing this. There are many Dark entities who do not wish for you to awaken to the spiritual potential within you, and the distractions are often in direct proportion to the fears and beliefs you hold within. This is to say that, the more you doubt yourself, the more distractions you will likely have.
THE KEY IS PERSISTENCE. In time, with persistence, you will begin to notice "coincidences" along the way. If you are one who is running into a lot of distractions and such, then simply look upon the distracting events as CONFIRMATIONS that you are on the right track!
When the scribe who is now penning this public message first started writing in this manner, many years ago, the phone would almost always ring a few minutes after the message was started. Instead of getting upset by the distraction, the phone ringing was viewed as a confirmation that what was being written was indeed important and "for real". Eventually the distraction of the phone stopped, and though there always seem to be new ones from the ever-persistent Dark forces, there also has now been cultivated an awareness wherein various confirmations, synchronicities, and "coincidences" are consciously recognized as the Guiding Hand of Lighted Energies at work.
Be diligent in your search for greater Understanding and Knowing, and the rewards you seek WILL come. Anything TRULY worth doing will be challenging and cause you to stretch.

Spiritual Development and Ascending to a Higher Vibration
Contemplation vs. Meditation:
The benefits of contemplation are feeling more relaxed, focused and closer to nature. Contemplation develops an awareness of the beauty that surrounds us, and a connection to all living things. Meditation will help you delve into your inner self and the Universe, where contemplation helps you to feel one with all living things, including our Universe.
The art of contemplation is a simple one. Instead of meditating on being closer to nature, go outside and be quiet. Look around you. Breathe in the air, feel the trees, the rocks, the ground beneath you, and focus on their beauty. Contemplate on the beauty and your connection to our living, breathing planet.
You will find that eventually you will hear a humming sound with your audible ears... and you will feel the breathing planet moving beneath you with every breath it takes. You will feel totally one with our Mother Earth. You may begin to see the auras around the trees, plants & animals... and yourself. You may begin to hear the trees whispering to each other, and sense their unique personalities... and their unique gifts to us.
This information is based on my own experiences, and feeling one with the planet and all its Beings is a beautiful experience. Through living in harmony with nature, I became telepathic at a very young age. To this day, I telepath with the trees and the plant-life, and they surround me with a peace beyond words. There is so much that I learned from trees, such as how they are able to think and what they feel (it's interesting that recently scientists have been exploring this, and wrote books on the subject). They also give to us in many ways (and not just oxygen). The pine trees being peace & harmony, the Horsechestnut trees are very nurturing. All the different species of trees communicate in different ways and have different personalities.
When you feel totally one with nature, and with one another, a whole world opens up to you.
In the 1960's, James Lovelock, a notable scientist, came to the realization that the biosphere is one Holistic, functioning ecology... a complete and integrated organism. This is the Gaia Theory: The Earth is a self-regulating, information feedback machine, and one ecological system is in communication with other regulatory processes simultaneously.
Being Heart Centered:
The benefits of being heart-centered are that you will have more compassion for yourself and all living things. It will be easier for you to not hold judgment of yourself and of others, and to remain in a loving state of consciousness.
The mind has become an active force in our evolution, rather than the passive structure and tool that was originally intended. The heart knows everything , will always offer the best and highest guidance, and will always direct you to your highest good. If you truly listen to your heart, then the mind can take action and formulate steps to achieve the goals that your heart intended & directed.
For many years I would ask my spirit guides questions about which direction to take when facing a crossroad in my life, or what should I do about this or that, and they always said, "Follow your heart". For a long time I didn't realize that what they meant was so literal, and so true! Listen to your heart, and be guided by it. Your heart will never lie to you.
The mind's original purpose was to be a faculty in service to the heart, and not the other way around. It is the mind's role to learn and analyze. It is the heart's role to choose and do. Hearts connect, while minds separate. Living in the place of the heart brings unity (feeling one with others & all life, including plants and nature). Living in the place of the mind brings duality (or feeling separate from others).
Awakening to a 5th Dimensional Consciousness:
The 5 th dimension is a vibration. All dimensions resonate at certain frequencies, and it's just a matter of tapping into the particular frequency of the vibration or dimension you wish to visit or stay in. The 5 th dimension resonates with unconditional love (for yourself & all other life), and with non-judgment . Love and be non-judgmental of yourself and others at all times, and you will begin to vibrate at the 5 th dimensional level. Below are 4 steps or exercises you can practice to help you become the compassionate, non-judgmental person you wish to be - living in a state of grace.
The Four Steps = The Evolution of Self:
■Step One - Learn to question yourself, as to who you are and your belief system, but not from the insecurity of the ego or the lower mind. Let go of all you think you know about yourself, and discover your forgotten Source. Question your Belief Systems and witness your contradictions. This takes some deep delving into your soul essence. Gratitude raises the frequency of the heart, and helps us realize that living in duality is an illusion (an interpretation that contradicts "reality", as defined by general agreement).
■Step Two - The recognition and dismantling of belief in all that you think you know (Belief Systems & what we've been taught). Compassionately allow all of the other possibilities of creation that your human mind has not yet awakened to. Develop faith in yourself that you are a master who is capable of co-creating with the universe all that is possible. Whatever you can imagine can become reality.
■Step Three - Experience a sacred communion with your soul as a doorway to your GodSelf. Your soul contains every emotion you ever experienced, and relates to all experience in the now moment. De-construct the belief system that keeps you asleep and in illusion. Heal all that holds you back. Make a list of the belief systems that limit you, and reclaim your energy from them.
1st List - Make a list of the Belief Systems that limit you. Before you detach permanently from the belief, you must reclaim your energy from it, or part of you will continue to be in separation from self.
2nd List - Make another list of what you know, in the depths of your heart, to be true about yourself, and be non-judgmental. Move aside old teachings and delve beneath the layers of limitation. This list comes from the heart in the form of vibration.
3rd List - Make a list of judgments you still hold about yourself. Release these judgments.
■Step Four - Contemplation & Compassion. Take time every morning to contemplate your being, honestly and without judgment. Throughout the day, work with the energies of love, trust, faith, compassion, grace & gratitude. Each evening, recognize and embrace all that you have given yourself that day.
**Every strand of the DNA is designed to evolve the physical body very rapidly based on shifts in consciousness.
Meditation: Fill your body and your whole being with healing love (rose pink color), then healing light (emerald green color). Breathe in the colors, and as you exhale, let the colors permeate your whole being.
The 7 Keys to Ascension (Rising to a 5 th Dimensional Consciousness):
■1st Key - You must first desire this level of perfection and state of consciousness with all your heart, mind and soul.
■2nd Key - Renew your intentions to reach your goal. Constancy is the 2 nd key.
■3rd Key - The fountain of youth and rejuvenation you are seeking lies within you always. Your DNA will shift as your consciousness shifts.
■4th Key - Your DNA is another key to your infinite vitality. It evolves at the speed that you evolve your consciousness & increase your love quotient.
■5th Key - Your thoughts, words and feelings bring up the subject of the quality of your internal dialogue from moment to moment. How well do you monitor your thoughts, your feelings and the words you speak to yourself and others with each now moment? How do you feel about yourself and your body?
■6th Key - To activate with this wondrous fountain, you must first unite with it and become it. The true fountain of youth is a fountain of pure light, a 5 th dimensional tool. In order to activate it within self, you must increase the light in all the cells of your physical body and also in all your other bodies and more subtle bodies (your entire Being). Cleanse your emotional body of negative human emotions; monitor your thoughts and begin to think and act like a master would.
■7th Key - Begin to live your new truth, and the results you are seeking will follow. It cannot be otherwise.
