Sahaja Yoga Light Of Love

Surrendering to attain Thoughtlessness

Many people say, "we have surrendered everything", but it does not happen because they do it only in talking. Surrendering is not talking. You have to surrender to attain thoughtlessness. That is you have stopped thinking. When you stop thinking you come to the center. When at the center, immediately you go into thoughtless awareness, i.e. become one with God's power, and when you are one with the God's power, He looks after you. He takes care of your small things also. You will be amazed. It is worth trying and after that you will realize that what you were doing earlier was wrong. So once you are in thoughtlessness you will get all inspirations, all powers and everything.H. H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi(Nirmala Yoga, 1982)

Temple of Gods

Go not to the temple to put flowers upon the feet of God,First fill your own house with the Fragrance of love...Go not to the temple to light candles before the altar of God,First remove the darkness of sin from your heart...Go not to the temple to bow down your head in prayer,First learn to bow in humility before your fellowmen...Go not to the temple to pray on bended knees,First bend down to lift someone who is down-trodden. ..Go not to the temple to ask for forgiveness for your sins,First forgive from your heart those who have sinned against you.

Divine Knowledge

importance of putting a bindi on foreheadBindi is made with a substance called Lead Oxide. Lead Oxide is also called Sindhoor in Hindi. It is a cooling thing and is very good for right sided people. For them if it is put on Agnya it cools them down and controls anger. Thus, it helps to protect and clear Agnya chakra.
‘Ham’ and ‘Ksham’ is the BeejaQuotes from Shri Mataji - ”Now the mantra of the Agnya Chakra is Lord’s Prayer. It has got two sides ‘Ham’ and ‘Ksham’. ‘Ham’ means ‘I am’ and Ksham’ means ‘I forgive’. So if supposing this is catching, you have to say, ‘I forgive’. If there is ego within us, you should say, ‘I forgive’. If there is superego within us, we should say ‘I am, I am’; so it is ‘Ham’ and ‘Ksham’ is the beeja, is the seed. It is the seed of the prayer, Lord’s Prayer”.

To see Auras is not a good sign in Sahaja Yoga

We see auras or colors when we get imbalanced, that is when we disintegrate from our being. That’s how we start seeing something else separated from us.After realization you don’t see any auras in a person because he is integrated. But when he is in a mess, he starts getting the auras. Such a person needs clearance. In a light which has no aberration is good light. If there is aberration then it is bad light. All the seven colors of the light have to be concentrated and integrated. If they are prismatic and if they are giving it separately, then it is not integration. If it is integration then one cannot see seven lights. All the auras come to us because we are made of seven tattwas(elements). People who are right sided believe in five tattwas. They call them Koshas. These Koshas are created by the first centre, by the second centre and by the third centre. These are physical words, by the forth and then by the fifth one and the sixth and the seventh and they do not create auras outside. They create inside near the heart. As soon as one gets realization, they become one.

Divine Knowledge

Last year in the month of July and August, Mother mentioned that the seekers of America are very independent and self reliant. Shri Mataji had specific advice on topics to convey to them in a manner that will appeal to this aspect of their nature. She had said:
Tell the seekers that true freedom and independence comes from self knowledge, and that they should know that they have this instrument within themselves and it is their own. We should tell them to “Know Thyself”.
Once they have felt the existence of the instrument within, they should be told that they can diagnose their own problems through some knowledge of the centers and that they can correct them without anyone telling them.
This ability to clear their own problems at the level of the centers will allow them to become independent of the doctors and psychiatrists and the medications they prescribe and will save the money that is wasted on these dependencies.
Shri Mataji suggested that seekers begin immediately to work on themselves and others, and in that way will feel that they have something. Even if they cannot feel it and the person that they are working on does, this will encourage them.
