SERVERS who have accrued new karma in their forgetfulness are in danger of both failing to be harvested themselves and so of being compelled by karmic law to reincarnate again in the future upon a physical planet alongside those of humanity who similarly fail to graduate. Such is the eminent risk taken by all Servers.
The danger of becoming karmically entangled upon the physical plane constitutes the greatest challenge that all Servers must face, and, following their departure from Earth after the planetary deadline, fallen Servers confront untold delay upon life's everlasting road. Any consciously unloving thought, feeling, or action creates unfavourable karmic repercussions. The critical need for Servers to understand the nature of the serious dangers to which they are constantly exposed during their mission cannot be over-emphasized. In order for success to be known, Servers must learn to see through the illusion of separation that is inherent within third-density experience, and to practice acceptance and love through all apparent dualities. Love is the greatest aid to remembrance for Servers, and all would do well to bear in mind always that only unconditional love is karma-free!
It is an immutable requirement of cosmic law that all karma must be balanced within the density in which it was accrued: "As ye sow, so shall ye reap." Today, a great number of Servers are teetering on the edge of a great chasm between success and failure. Many, in their forgetfulness, have indeed attracted new and deleterious karma to themselves while upon Earth, either in their present incarnations or during previous lifetimes. It is imperative that such individuals understand well that they are living in times of unprecedented grace, and that all of their past karma may be swiftly resolved as never before should they make the right decisions today. The Aquarian energies are most conducive to the rapid release of past detrimental psychological and emotional patterns. However, should Servers fail to prepare themselves for the receipt of this grace, should they continue to remain in self-regard or to react in ignorance to the symptoms of purification, and consequently should they fail to balance every last karmic debt before Judgement Day, then it is guaranteed that they will know an incompatibility with the group-soul of which they were once a part as it prepares to rise into the next level of evolutionary experience which it may have collectively merited.Servers who have become karmically contaminated will necessarily be rejected from graduating along with the greater whole.
Such, then, is the very worst possible outcome of a Server's voluntary mission; that they may become lost alongside other straggling souls who similarly cannot enter the New World for an indefinite period. However, let it now be reiterated to every single Server in every part of the world that opportunity is being given today by the unparalleled grace of the times. May each and every Server recognize the call to service and, in subsequently utilising their own free will wisely and selflessly, may they become a contributing asset to the now imminent Victory of Ages, and may they thus secure their own spiritual graduation at the Harvest Time.

For those who have incarnated to live and serve in these important times but have become enmeshed in the Great Play of Duality here on Earth, the foregoing passage bears remembering. It is difficult to shake the spell of maya, this is true. However, the anticipated rewards are so much greater. A massive, herculean effort must be made to let go. Let go of Earth "life". Brush away the cobwebs and realize that you have "fallen asleep on the job" and that it is now time to awaken. Not tomorrow, or the day after...now!
Forget your "self" and your petty, insignificant, imaginary "problems". It has all been a trick, a trap, designed to distract you from remembering the mission you volunteered to be a part of. Live to Give. Service above all. Seek true Knowledge, not imitation spirituality or New Age nonsense. Wake up and remember. The sands in the hourglass are dwindling down to a precious few.
Your fellow Servers, both physical and unseen, are praying for you, waiting for the moment when your inner eye opens, and you remember "that thing" you promised you would be a part of: the Divine Plan of Salvation.

Balanced Preparation
SINCE 1975, there has been a steady stream of pure Cosmic force released onto the planet and all of its life forms, by the Spiritual Hierarchy. It is designed to elevate the consciousness of both. It will help the Earth to get safely through its period of change and initiation. It will enhance the evolution of consciousness. You will encounter more and more people in all areas of the world who are thirsting to discover and fulfill their missions in life. Many of them will find that that purpose is indeed tied into a role they must play in this period of Earth changes. Many of them have incarnated specifically to go through this period and some of them have gone through such periods in the ancient past and have come to guide others through this time, those who have never lived during such a period. Others have gone through periods of upheaval before and have not survived and thus have a 'karma' with the planet itself. This is why it is so important to realize the importance, spiritually, of this period of time.
You are each on a different rung of the evolutionary ladder. You each have your own measure of knowledge and understanding of yourselves. Some of you may even have the advantage of 'remembering' lives in other times of earth upheaval. To some of you, such recall may equip you to survive this new change period, while it may cause others of you to be afraid. No matter where you are in evolution, you are all human, living in a fragile balance between life and death. You are all subject to the 'will to live'. We are to prepare ourselves on all levels. Remember, we are multi-dimensional beings. In addition to our physical bodies, we (and the Earth) have an etheric body, an astral body, and a mental body. Together, these constitute the lower self, the Personality. All of these bodies are active upon their own planes, even though most humans are completely unaware of this activity. The coming Transition will affect all densities of matter in this solar system. It is our task to bring all of our vehicles as close to balance as we possibly can in an effort to maximize the beneficial effects of this Transition for the Earth and her inhabitants.

How Your Consciousness Defines Your Reality
One of the greatest secrets to start manifesting the life you truly desire is learning how to increase and enhance your consciousness. As your consciousness gets brighter and bigger your intentions manifest easier and faster. By being fully conscious in each moment it is easier to be free from judgments and limiting beliefs so you can remain focused on attracting the most positive abundant experience possible. The Universe is always listening and responding to where your consciousness is at. Once you are resonating with thoughts filled with joy, gratitude, and appreciation for what you do have, then whatever you want to create seems to just fall into your lap! < /span>
No matter how big your desire is, or how challenging it may seem, it can be manifested easier through an expanded state of consciousness. When your consciousness expands, your mind must rise above and beyond the problem and start to see new solutions. One simple way to expand your consciousness is to continuously focus upon it. Just keep turning your attention back onto where the awareness is coming from. Like the light from the movie projector is doing a 180 degree turn around, and witnessing the bulb and electricity from where it originated. When you turn your attention within to where consciousness is coming from for more than 30 seconds at a time, you instantly expand your consciousness and manifesting will truly becomes effortless.
As your consciousness expands, its easier to match the energetic vibration of what you want to manifest. For example, when you are feeling and thinking like a success, you start behaving like one and attracting successful people and situations to you. When your consciousness is only focusing on your problems and personal issues, it reflects a lower vibration and manifests even more challenging situations or nothing manifests at all. When nothing changes, the benevolent all-teaching Universe is usually placing us in a "waiting room" where we can have time to enlighten our consciousness, shift our attitude, heighten our vibration, and then effortlessly receive the positive end result we desire. When feelings of impatience, unworthiness, lack, and fear are replaced with patience, worthiness, abundance and love, then your desired outcome effortlessly shows up in the most mysterious way.
The manifestations that are given to us in life are like the Universe's reward system, telling us that we are doing something right and living in alignment with our true power. It's not in our highest path to judge how these manifestations should or should not appear. Some people are not wrong for whatever crazy things they've created in this world, or that others didn't deserve to manifest whatever they did. Everything is karmic (past lives included) and if you only knew how close to God you truly are, you would see it is all divine, perfect, and never judge anything as right or wrong again.
The Universe wants us all to wake up equally, and that we each understand how we are all-powerful enlightened beings who can truly live every moment of our lives in joy, appreciation and love. It knows the exact experiences we need to manifest or not manifest in order to awaken. Awakening is always the soul's priority and this Universe is our holographic cosmic playground in it! So, in the end, it's not so important what amazing or horrible things we've manifested. What counts the most was how our consciousness grew along the way, and how much time we spent in love, gratitude, inner peace and joy!
Remember always that what you think (and how you think) is responsible for shaping, defining and creating your reality. Every little thought you think counts. Especially the ones that just slip on through seemingly unnoticed. The way you see and perceive the world is how the world shows up and manifests itself for you. Your mind is like a mirror, always reflecting back to you what you are choosing to believe is "out there". The key to complete liberation in your lifetime boils down to one simple thing. Learning how to keep your mind's attention on what you want, and keeping it off of what you don't want. The longer you can hold your attention on the feeling of bliss, the more often bliss-filed experiences manifest into your world. Bliss is always found in the last place you'd think to look, and for that reason very few discover it. The greatest thing of all is that this awesome experience can be found within you now, and you don't have to do anything or go anywhere else to find it.
The greatest bliss within you now is found in that place which has no boundaries, no rules, no fears, personal agendas or agreements with anyone. It simply appreciates everyone and everything exactly as it is. It unconditionally loves and accepts life as it is. It is always in a state of total appreciation. This bliss comes from a love that is always abundant, generous, giving of itself and effortlessly feeling the natural positivity of life. It is a selfless love that is not perpetually desiring this or that, but rather is perpetually giving itself away. With all that said, the intrinsic value you'll receive through tasting even just a few seconds of bliss is soooo amazing, that it's not something you can even put into words.

Step #1 Accept Yourself As You Are. If you want to find the greatest divine bliss inside you tonight, the first and perhaps most important step is to start with accepting yourself and your life exactly the way it is right now. Don't think about what you need to change, improve and get rid of to make you or your life better. Just start with accepting everything inside you exactly the way it is, and know that within this feeling of self acceptance is self-love, which is the greatest gift you can give YOU!

Step #2 Release your Addiction to Suffering. Whether you want to admit it or not, on some unconscious level some part of you is addicted to suffering. Now addiction may be a strong word here, yet it is essential to see the repetitive patterns you've created within you that create perpetual struggle, strife and mental/emotional challenges on your inner world. The thoughts that your mind constantly thinks about and can never find peace with are your biggest addictions to suffering. Worries, fears, insecurities and judgments create a majority of the internal battles and self-sabotaging patterns that people can experience hourly. These suffering habits tend to be very sneaky, and are often the main reason why most people believe they cannot enter this ideal state of bliss. Once you've looked inside yourself, come to know yourself and identified what your hab it is, you can transcend it. What would happen if no action, event, person, or thing in your outer world created happiness for you anymore? Where would you find happiness? The key to finding real joy is never in anything "out there", especially all your ideas about how your life should unfold. The greatest secret to finding happiness is diving into your inner world and finding total peace with the real YOU! When you are no longer attached to anything or anyone in the outer world making you happy, you take the reigns back on your life and can find pure joy inside your soul wherever you are.
One key element to unleashing the immense joy inside you is learning how to relax your body deeply and completely while maintaining present moment awareness. This means your body is relaxed, yet your mind is vigilantly alert and watching what is showing up without getting identified. Simply take a few minutes to stop doing those things you think will one day make you happy, and just practice relaxing your body completely. Try it! Rest fully into the very center of your heart, letting go into the very center of your being, and you'll find total equanimity in your mind.
It is a law of nature that you cannot live in worry, negativity or fear when your body is physically at peace. When every tiny muscle is relaxed and completely still, every concern, fear, worry and negative thought will have disappeared from your mind. The mind and body behave as one unit, and when your body is at peace, you'll instantly drop any attachment you have to how your life should be, or how your friends, family, work, money, and all those things which are "responsible" for making you happy.
The more you can master the experience of living in a relaxed body 24 hours a day, the more impossible it becomes to getting attached to anything in the outer world for making you happy. When you start to abide in this divine infinite realm of loving energy inside you, you'll wonder why were you ever searching for it out there. The day you discover this profound inner peace in the most stressful, boring or ordinary situations in your life, you'll become a HUGE ball of peace, love, joy and bliss!
Step #4 Let Go of The Mind's Perpetual Efforting. When you have completely stopped making any effort to resist negative thinking, and released that unending push towards positive thinking, that is the same day that bliss will find you. When you can sit back and watch the mind without being involved, eventually in time it will give up its perpetual struggle. By making the simple choice to back off from your inner "thinker" and step back, below or behind these thoughts, you become the overriding master of your mind.

Step #5 Quiet your Mind and Completely Be Still. When you have fully emptied your inner container of plans, agendas, fears, worries, concerns, and positive thinking your brain may not know what to do with itself. It will most likely try to reform some random idea to hold onto to give it some stability. When your body is deeply relaxed and your mind is truly empty, make the golden pillar of your life total silence and stillness. When you reach the mountain peak of consciousness everything is divinely still. These profoundly quiet moments within instantly pave fresh new neuronal pathways in your brain for having many more blissed-out experiences of life.
To arrive at complete stillness, it takes outrageous courage. You must have vigilance with the mind, the strength to hold on to stillness when you cannot, and the trust to let go of the process all at the same time. By deeply trusting everything that shows up when you venture into the unknown empty zone of no-mind, this totally quiet and profound stillness will pour into you. The more time you spend in stillness, then bliss has to become your ordinary mode of operation. The first time it happens you may be able to handle it for a few minutes, yet with practice you'll get better at it. When you can hang for a few hours in this cosmic space it will totally alter your life (and everybody else's life that you know) forever in the most positive ways.
As you discover that your real work here on Earth is not "out there" yet finding the pathway to bliss within, all 5 of these steps will naturally unfold for you. Beauty And The Fallen Kingdom
The 'beauty' of this world is but a shade of the true Beauty. The fallen kingdom in which we live is beneath the divine Kingdom in terms of vibration. Our world is not included in God's Beauty. It is in absolute disharmony with the divine Purpose in regard to world and mankind. It does not vibrate with God's Plan. This world, this human race and everything thereof are not in harmony with the intercosmic Divine Radiation of Beauty. They are in conflict with and in contradiction with the Light-power activity of the Logos, which bears and sustains the entire Creation.
The other Kingdom, the Kingdom to which we are called back by Christ, the Nirvana of which the Buddha spoke, the Kingdom of Tao to which Lao Tzu testified, that Kingdom of God which is not of this world. . . that is the divine World to which we must return before we can truly en-Joy Life's Beauty, for that is the only place where Life and Beauty actually exist. Humanity's sham existence is a living death, and it has been so for eons. The only reason that Avatars and saints incarnate or develop upon Earth is to pull fallen souls out of this world of the shadow. Only in the other World of absoluteness, that World of Eternal Life, of Divine Light can we know freedom from pain and delusion and so partake in God's Beauty. All 'enjoyment' in the fallen kingdom is but a faint echo of the original Joy.
The real Work of Christ during this stage on Earth, the immediate consequences of the approaching Christine Power, must be a breaking-up and disintegration of the shadow, of the distorted reflection of God's Perfection, with all the attendant consequences, hence the preparation, right now, of the Ark.
'Life' in the shadowlands is but a travesty of the supernal Life in the real World. Everything in the fallen regions is in a perpetual state of decay, of atrophy and of death. Medical science has found that even in the womb the first signs of wear and aging appear in the child. This should bring us to the logical conclusion that existence as we know it does not bear the mark of Eternity or, therefore, true Life and Beauty. All disease, misery, disharmony and resultant suffering in humanity's field of existence are the tangible proof that this fallen kingdom, this world and this humanity, are not included in the great Universal Beauty of God. How could it be otherwise?
Humanity has been wandering about for eons, in incarnation upon incarnation, going through the same experiences hundreds and thousands of times in this darkened world of the treadmill, of perpetual repetition, of cyclic rising, glimmering, fading and dying. Humanity, the prodigal son, has been wandering these bleak shores for ages and ages, with its unappeased appetites, its passionate struggle and its vain attempts to escape from the suffering caused by its self-created error.
Now, mankind seeks to enjoy and even improve the fallen kingdom, which is impossible, for it has been set apart from the Kingdom of God; it is an emergency order, established by Divine Fiat in order to prevent fallen man from destroying himself completely. The so-called joys of the fallen universe are only imitative, a parody of the divine Joys known in the transcendental Universe, and there is no prospect of improving the fallen kingdom; it can never be done, but this is the great delusion in which so many people believe, and which, therefore, distracts them from the true Path that leads out of the fallen kingdom and back into the original divine Kingdom. Any focus upon the fallen world simply perpetuates man's incarceration there, and this is the crux that you need to grasp before you are out of immediate danger and before you can truly help others spiritually.
Symposiums, world-concerts, entertainment, science, art, politics, environmental work, world-peace meditations, etc., etc. are all part of the great lie that seeks to keep mankind trapped - forever. No amount of goodwill without true Knowledge can avail mankind anything more than an extended stay in the fallen kingdom, as it ensnares him ever deeper in the mire of illusion. And even today, on the eve of world-transfiguration, billions are still falling for it. Billions are still eating of the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil - duality. All the selfless activity, all the dualistic knowledge, all the efforts to help mankind in the fallen kingdom are as nothing if they do not lead to Liberation.
There can never be any real peace without right understanding of how duality works in the fallen world. Although peace vigils have their value, the kind of divine force needed to help planet Earth today in its advanced state of imbalance and corruption cannot be mustered via the heterogeneous vibrations of the masses, no matter how compassionate groups may feel. By 'beaming light at Iraq', for example, the dark forces will become more enraged. Humanity is in need of the aid of far more powerful forces than it possesses by itself, and this aid is on its way.
Again, I say: obtain Knowledge and true understanding before you take one more step out into the morass that is ignorantly called 'life' here on Earth.
If a person received the spirit of Truth in our teachings, he would drop everything - everything - and follow the Christ (which today means active and uncompromising collaboration with the group-Avatar). The realization of the truth of mankind's fallen condition ever compels the soul to dash toward the portal of Liberation while offering to share the truth with others. Personal sentimentalities disguised as blessings - such as 'love and light', 'peace on Earth', etc. - are not the expressions of a rightly-informed mind.
The multitudes are so busy and distracted with dualistic work, with dualistic peace and dualistic love - which proceeds from the personal self - thereby directly serving the archons and aeons of the fallen, dualistic realm, that they have forgotten the words of Jesus: "Seek and ye shall find," and the words of the Buddha: "He who seeks the Truth with diligence and detachment will find it, and it will enlighten him".
The history of this sunken world is strewn with the records of trillions of well-intentioned men who fancied that they were ready to show others the Way and so who left the path of seeking Truth prematurely only in order to, once again, become themselves lost in the wilderness of the dark labyrinth that is the fallen kingdom. If one, therefore, seeks for Beauty in this world, he shall be forever disappointed, and worse, he shall, if he persists, be enticed down many of the well-trodden paths to arrive eventually at the centre of the luciferic maze in utter frustration and even despair. Often it takes such experience for souls to turn wholeheartedly towards the divine Kingdom, to God, which is not of this world.

You Can Program Your Body To Attract/Repel Radiation
Todays brings us a very special message for humanity regarding radiation.
People of the world, know that humanity is in a battle for the planet. The idea for the dark forces to slowly radiate the northern hemisphere of planet earth.
This is unacceptable that evil doers on our planet, would seek to destroy humanity through nuclear radiation.
The most dangerous forms of radiation are being neutralized by the sylphs, and the Galactic Federation of Light, and numerous representatives of the Heavenly Hosts of God Aton…you can call Him “God” or whatever you desire that aligns you with Him.
Our galactic family say radio active materials belong underground just as dead animal bodies belong underground. Radioactive metals are dead and dying bodies.
However humanity must endure the consequences of it’s past decisions.
Humanity has looked away and allowed evil to fester mother earth like a cancer….and now must immediately halt the use, support, tolerance and misuse of all nuclear materials.
Humanity… you will now be shown how to spiritually protection yourself from radiation during these times of cleansing and chaos.
Take these concepts and verify them yourself against existing research, and your intuitive heart.
Let no authority have any more power over you, and let in the God consciousness…learn to collaborate more and more with God, with the solutions that you seek to anything that you are not in harmony with.

LEARN TO SEEK SPIRITUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH WATER
1. Humans are mostly water.
2. Humanity can influence how water crystallizes, using sound, thoughts, music and other vibratory frequencies.
3. As we align ourselves with Higher frequencies, the water within the human cell begins to align up to sacred geometical cellular patters….GUIDED BY THE WATER.
4. As we develop a spiritual relationship with the water within our cells…and “reset” our bodies AND THEN PROGRAM THE WATER IN OUR CELLS with high frequency thoughts and emotions, then we ALIGN EACH CELL WITH GOD…AND THEN WE ALIGN OUR ENTIRE BODIES WITH GOD CONSCIOUSNESS.
5. As we create sacred geometrical patterns within the water of the human body, then THIS IS OUR MAIN DEFENSE AGAINST RADIATION.

Your earth has had a soil and atmosphere sufficient for simple forms of life, ever since it reached its seventy or eighty million mile mark from the sun. The radioactive metals made that possible. They belong underground just as dead animal bodies belong underground. Radioactive metals are dead and dying bodies. That is what is not yet known of them. There are twenty-two of them which are killer metals if you take them away from their rock environment underground in Nature and make them a part of Man’s environment above ground…
7. IF YOU ALIGN WITH THE HIGHER FREQUENCIES OF LOVE, FORGIVENESS, PEACE, TRUTH, JOY, SERVICE TO OTHERS, SERVE GOD’S WILL, RELEASE LOWER FREQUENCIES THAT NO LONGER SERVE YOU… THEN YOU PROGRAM THE WATER WITHIN YOUR BODY IN SACRED GEOMETRY.
8. IF YOU ALIGN YOURSELF WITH LOWER FREQUENCIES OF FEAR, HATE, MURDER, OR DESIRE TO CONTROL OTHERS IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM, THEN YOU DISALIGN THE CELLS IN YOUR BODY, AND EVERYTHING IS “CROOKED”.
9. Since radiation is a death energy, it will align itself up with lower energies. Thus we can reasonably say, that the lower your energy is as a human being, the more susceptible you are to radiation.
10. Remember the universal law of attraction. Death will attract death, and life will attract life.
11. As you seek to become more “life” than “death”, then you will walk away from all forms decay, disease, illness, cancer, radiation and just overall general negativity.
12. The idea on planet earth, isn’t to remove yourself from negativity because other humans may need our assistance… the idea is that we don’t absorb other people’s negativity.
13. Ways you can align your cells in sacred geometry include but are not limited to the following list:
Drumming, chanting, toning, native flute, meditation, soothing music, spirit music, gongs, singing, crystal bowls, colours, raw food, crystal water, cleansed and programmed crystals, orgonite, himalayan salt, high frequency thoughts and emotions…physical detoxification via salt baths, sauna, hot springs…yoga, tai chi…. these are all ways to reset the water within you, in sacred geometrical patterns… what those patterns become depend on what you are programming the water with?

This is unacceptable that evil doers on our planet, would seek to destroy humanity through nuclear radiation.

LEARN TO SEEK SPIRITUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH WATER
1. Humans are mostly water.
2. Humanity can influence how water crystallizes, using sound, thoughts, music and other vibratory frequencies.
3. As we align ourselves with Higher frequencies, the water within the human cell begins to align up to sacred geometical cellular patters….GUIDED BY THE WATER.

9. Since radiation is a death energy, it will align itself up with lower energies. Thus we can reasonably say, that the lower your energy is as a human being, the more susceptible you are to radiation.
10. Remember the universal law of attraction. Death will attract death, and life will attract life.
11. As you seek to become more “life” than “death”, then you will walk away from all forms decay, disease, illness, cancer, radiation and just overall general negativity.
12. The idea on planet earth, isn’t to remove yourself from negativity because other humans may need our assistance… the idea is that we don’t absorb other people’s negativity.

The Ascending Spiral
A couple of definitions:

In our understanding, the belief that alien intelligences are going to save you , and the belief that when you enter a photon belt you will be magically transformed, are just projections of human unconsciousness. The hope that someone or something will save you, that you will not have to make any changes in yourself, that you will not have to be responsible, is unrealistic.
The belief that you can stay in patterns of lethargy and unconsciousness, then take something or have something given to you that will transform you without any effort on your part, is sheer folly. It won't happen. Now there may be alien intelligences that land, for they certainly exist, but those humans who count on others to bring in their ascension and elevation without any work on their part, are going to be very disappointed. Ascension is a process of self-awareness and mastery on all levels and it necessitates bringing all those levels of one's existence upwards. That is how we see it and that is how we've done it for millenia.
The photon belt will be helpful but it will be disturbing to some. As you increase the intensity of light, there is an opportunity for the Ka [the vital body or etheric double] to draw in that light and to incorporate that into the physical body and all of its various fields. This can be an impetus to the Spiral of Ascension because you have more energy and more awareness.
Now if a person has not made that decision to move upward along the spiral and to attend to the four corners (see above), then what happens is that the light that comes in can actually be an irritant to the emotional body, thus causing a person to act more irrationally and more emotionally. And you will see, as we move into greater intensities of light, that some humans will become more aware, more balanced, and more compassionate while other humans become more irrational, more violent, and more contracted. The light fuels the fire of creation or the fire of destruction. The choice is made within each individual.
The photon belt allows greater awareness, greater spiritual opportunity. It is simply a door for opportunity. A human may take it or not. A Venusian may take it or not take it. The door of opportunity is an increased intensity of light. The increase of intensity of light is starting. It's already happening and you can see people losing their emotional balance, people doing irrational and terribly damaging things to each other.
Simultaneously, however -- and you don't see this often in your news --miracles are happening. Because most of your news is a source of entertainment emphasizing torture, violence and pain -- not joy, service, and elevation -- you miss the good information to cheer you on. There are wonderful miracles occurring -- healings between individuals and remission of illnesses occurring. This is happening worldwide but, in terms of the media, you don't often hear about it on the nightly news.
Not only is the intensity of light increasing because of the photon belt, but the galactic core is emitting high energy particles that your physicists have recently discovered. They are measuring its increase but don't grasp that these particles are seeds for higher states of consciousness. In other words, it's a gifting, if you use that way of looking at it, from the Universe. Here are these energy gifts to move you further along in the spiral, if you choose. But if a person has not made the choice to move upward along the spiral...then these elevating energies actually become a source of disturbance and imbalance. All of us, within the solar system, are clearly going through this process. And as best we can estimate, it will reach an energetic crescendo in the first decade or so of the next millenium. Probably by 2020 AD.
The photons and these particles are actually affecting you, us, and other higher dimensions as well. It's affecting all dimensions in the solar system, not just your third dimension.

The Hathors are a fourth-density, service-to-other civilization who have attained the lesser harvest in a prior cycle. They claim to experience in the etheric plane of the planet Venus. They have a karmic relationship with the Earth, having worked with humanity in the distant past. They recognize that they are not liberated, fully enlightened, or all-wise, but nonetheless have a desire to share with humanity some of the knowledge they have gained from their personal experience with end-cycle harvests and the ascension of consciousness.

Release That Is Holding You Back
Many unawakened Servers are still struggling within "the matrix", allowing themselves to be dragged under by the crafty designs of the dark brothers. This matrix, as was aptly defined in the move of the same name, is "the world that has been pulled over your eyes". One's difficulties may be the result of an over-identification with the personality and/or pre-occupation with negative events from one's "past".
We have reached a point where those who incarnated on this planet fully intending to participate in the Divine Mission must now make the herculean effort to awaken from their slumber and remember their true calling.

As a result, these unsuspecting Servers may suffer a variety of emotional, psychological and even physical afflictions, ranging from headaches and unnatural fatigue to advanced occult possession. As the planetary deadline approaches and as all conditions upon Earth - both good and evil, Truth and falsehood - intensify, Servers who in their forgetfulness may have become severely impaired as personalities will be presented with one of two critical choices: they must either search for and find a genuinely serviceful group, the common focus to which they should selflessly dedicate their lives (thus effecting their own healing), or they may choose to remain in the sombre gloom of selfhood and uncertainty whereby they will eventually be withdrawn from the physical plane having failed their assignment.
It should be understood well by all Servers who have yet to reunite with other kindred souls for the purposes of furthering the One Divine Work upon Earth, that true, spiritual group communion creates an impregnable protective energy field, effectively warding off all evil so that higher spiritual forces may successfully enter the physical plane. Such a radiatory field will be an indispensable asset to any group during the approaching and inevitable onslaught of malevolent and blindly-destructive powers.
These materialistic powers, which are ever pitted against spiritual progress, always tread the path of least resistance, and so they begin their maligned attack upon certain personalities at the very earliest opportunity: when the foetus is still building its new physical body in the womb. It has been scientifically proven that an unborn child experiences to a significant degree whatever the mother experiences, and thus negative influences aimed at specific individuals (particularly Servers) begin before birth via the parents. Such wilful interference generally continues throughout childhood, and many Servers may recall particular traumatic incidents that occurred very early in their lives which, upon due reflection, they may discern are responsible for certain personal dispositions or impairments that still presently exist.
Surreptitiously then, a seed of fear may be planted within a Server's personality vehicle during childhood, and this often occurs most profoundly at about the age of six or seven years old when the child's emotional constitution begins to become integrated within the individual and so is able to be permanently infected. The basic intention of evil after it has struck its first blow is for the growth of its seed to be promoted within the impressionable child by its surrounding environment which, of course, includes family, friends and acquaintances, the negative influence of whom is often further assured by perpetual incitement by those residing within hidden quarters who strive, consciously or unconsciously, under the banner of the antichrist*.
Emotional or psychological poisoning in the early stages of a child's development may so easily create serious character disorders that, in turn, provide a doorway through which agents of evil may further infect the Server by negative occult impression. In so fortifying the personality weaknesses of the imitation ego, an attempt is made to render Servers incapable of fulfilling their spiritual duty later in life.
A common pattern experienced by Servers is that of years of unreasonable persecution and abuse by others who may sometimes even appear to have a perfectly irrational personal hatred for them due to the provocation of unseen entities who are themselves at the mercy and command of masters of evil. Such violations over extended periods do little to nurture a positive and loving attitude in many Servers, and today a large number of them demonstrate various levels of psycho-emotional infirmity, which is, of course, exactly what was intended by the opposing forces.
Yet it should not be forgotten that, prior to the voluntary adoption of the veil of forgetfulness in physical embodiment, the likely incidence of such negative interference was fully apprehended and accepted by each Server as being an intrinsic factor of their sacrificial mission. All Servers understood well how evil minds seek to incite fear, doubt, anger and the like in their victims, thus rendering them easy to control; yet they also knew how all damage to the lower vehicles of consciousness could be effectively healed. Today, it is time for Servers to recollect that knowledge in order that they may be better prepared to help a world in need.

There is no guarantee that there will be adequate warning. Heck, we've been given more than enough warnings. Get your Mind right, get your Heart right, get your Soul right. Yet it should not be forgotten that, prior to the voluntary adoption of the veil of forgetfulness in physical embodiment, the likely incidence of such negative interference was fully apprehended and accepted by each Server as being an intrinsic factor of their sacrificial mission. All Servers understood well how evil minds seek to incite fear, doubt, anger and the like in their victims, thus rendering them easy to control; yet they also knew how all damage to the lower vehicles of consciousness could be effectively healed. Today, it is time for Servers to recollect that knowledge in order that they may be better prepared to help a world in need.

No matter how "real" our life's circumstances were or are, it is imperative that we attain the realization, the recollection, that none of it matters. Wake up! Let go of the issues, the problems, the disappointments, the obstacles. Fake, fake, fake and fake. All fake, a trick, a trap. Take up your helmet and your shield and begin the service you had every intention of rendering before you came here.
Don't wait until it's in your face to discover that this was all true. Prepare now, the hour is already very late. Remember,"the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night". There is no guarantee that there will be adequate warning. Heck, we've been given more than enough warnings. Get your Mind right, get your Heart right, get your Soul right. Then go forward, seek True Knowledge and serve your fellow souls in any small way you can. Don't let anything hold you back, no matter how "real" it may feel or appear. Release it all.

Obstacles=Progess
It is a fact that the closer one gets to one's spiritual goal, the steeper becomes the path leading to the mountain top, and the more insurmountable will life's obstacles at first appear. Such signs illustrate progress and are inevitable; they constitute an important aspect of the Law of Karma. Spiritual progress indicates greater readiness to resolve past karma and to pass more challenging trials for the sake of speedier spiritual advancement, and divine Agents will see to it that karma is apportioned to each soul perfectly appropriately in order that it may be balanced at the earliest and safest opportunity. To the esoterically-aware, therefore, difficulties and challenges along life's road are recognized for what they really are: benevolent opportunities, and are thus happily welcomed (even if sometimes only after the event!).
Therefore, if pain or struggle are known at all, and if afflicted Servers wish to learn and so obviate future educational hardships, they should seek to uncover the important lesson that is always nested within their reaction to life's spiritual opportunities.

The Eternity Of Prefection
A CHILD brought to its mother a piece of ice and asked: "What is this?".
The mother answered, "it is ice." Again the child asked, "What is there in ice?"
The mother answered: "There is water in the ice."
The child desired to find the water in the ice, and it procured a hammer, pounded the piece of ice into little bits and the warm air soon changed all the ice to water. The child was grievously disappointed, for the ice that the child supposed contained water had disappeared.
And the child said, "Where is the ice that contained this water?"
And so it came to pass that the mother was compelled, by the child's persistent questions, to say, "ice is all water; there is no such thing as ice; that which we call ice is crystalized or frozen water."
The child understood.
A student brought to his teacher some water and asked,"What is water ? What does it contain ?"
The teacher answered, "Water contains oxygen and hydrogen," and then explained how the two gases might be separated and set free by heat.
The student boiled the water until all of the molecules of oxygen and hydrogen had been set free, but he was surprised to find that all of the water had disappeared.
Then the student asked of the teacher, "Where is the water that held the gases that have escaped?"
Then was the teacher compelled by the student's persistent questions to answer, "Water itself is the product of oxygen and hydrogen. Water does not contain anything other than these gases. In reality, there is no such substances or fluid as water; that which we name water is a rate of motion set in operation by the union of two parts of hydrogen with one part of oxygen and, of course, the phenomenon disappears when the union of the gases is broken."
The student understood.
A devout scientist presented himself before God and said, "Lord, what are these gases men call oxygen and hydrogen?"
The good Lord answered and said, "They are molecules in the blood and body of the universe."
Then spake the scientist, "Lord, wilt thou tell me of the kind of molecules that compose Thy blood and body?"
The Lord replied, "These same molecules, gases or principles, compose my blood and body; for I and the universe are one and the same."
Once again the scientist said, "My Lord, may I ask, then, what is spirit and what is matter?"
And thus answered the Lord : "As ice and water are one, and the gases and water areone, so is spirit and matter one. The different phases and manifestations cognized by man in the molecules of My body that is, the universe are caused by the Word ; thus, they are My thoughts clothed with form."
Now the scientist felt bold, being redeemed from fear,and asked "is my blood, then, identical with Thy blood in composition and Divine Essence?"
And the Lord said, "Yea, thou art one with the Father."
The scientist now understood and said: "Now mine eyes are opened and I perceive that, when I eat, I partake of Thy body; when I drink, I drink of Thy blood; and when I breathe, I breathe Thy spirit."
So-called matter is Pure Intelligence and nothing else because there is not anything else.
Pure intelligence cannot progress or become better. There is nothing but Intelligence. Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience must mean Intelligence; therefore these terms are all included in the word.
Every so-called thing, whether it be animal, vegetable or mineral, molecule or atom, ion or electron, is the result of the One Intelligence expressing itself in different rates of motion.
Then what is Spirit?
Spirit means breath or life. Spirit, that which is breathed into man, must be intelligence, or man would not be intelligent. Non-intelligent substance, which is, of course, unthinkable, would not breathe into anything, nor make it intelligent if it did. Therefore, we see that Spirit, Intelligence and Matter are one and the same Essence in different rates of motion.

Reunuciation
Renunciation is the wise path trod by the devotee who willingly gives up the lesser for the greater. He relinquishes passing sense pleasures for the sake of eternal joys. Renunciation is not an end in itself, but clears the ground for the manifestation of soul qualities. Worldly habits will hold us fast wherever we may be until we free ourselves from them. The yogi learns to find God in the cave of his heart.
Wherever he goes, he carries with him the blissful consciousness of God's presence.

Enlightement is the Ultimate Maturity
Enlightenment is the Mount Everest in human consciousness. There is nothing greater in life to discover. It is the peak of ones existence that naturally blossoms when you've reached a sweet ripe maturity within every area of your life. Full enlightenment is not just about reaching a transcendental state of bliss through meditation. The real deal means you've also integrated this expanded understanding into your personal life. When you have mastered your relationships with people, money, food, sex, health, your body, feelings, thoughts and everything on your inner and outer world, then enlightenment simply finds you. It doesn't have to take very long, the moment you discover a deep and complete peace within every area of your life, you will have reached the highest level of maturity and reveal what the enlightened state is all about.
One can only achieve their highest enlightened state when one has grown, evolved and come to know all parts of themselves intimately. The full ripening and maturity of ones life means you have found peace with yourself, which overflows onto everyone and everything in your outer world. Enlightenment is a flowering of your divinity that naturally blossoms when you have relinquished this inner battle within you. When you discover the Source of every thought, memory and feeling on your inner world, you instantly liberate yourself from them. The experience of enlightenment is something quite mysterious and very challenging to capture with words. It is a state of profound presence that is coming from the beyond, and is heading back into the beyond. If you are an individual who wants to traverse this spiritually advanced path, there a few things you'll want to know about the various levels of maturity.
If a man becomes "enlightened" in a Himalayan cave, then later returns to the city to find himself overwhelmed with stress, strife and struggle, he hasn't reached his full maturity yet. The ultimate maturity means you are always abiding at your peaceful center, breathing deeply as the "I" of the hurricane, enjoying the cosmic play spinning around you. This level of maturity comes with tremendous awareness, a consciousness that burns through the ego/mind, and doesn't let you get snagged in the cyclone of people's' drama. The result of constantly abiding at your peaceful center is the continuous realization that a perpetual state of joy, bliss, love and freedom is always at the source of who you are. These realizations lead one into the ultimate maturity, which ironically has the qualities of trees in a bamboo forest. Each individual tree contains an incredible strength as well as amazing flexibility. Their roots are deeply intertwined, this allows them to connect with the souls of everyone around them, creating a feeling of a tight loving family with every new sprout that joins the forest.
True maturity is something that's often misunderstood in our society. This "enlightened maturity" is unique in that it contains a childlike playfulness at the core, a constant state of receptivity to each new experience, and a profound humility that stems from the willingness to merge with everyone's heart. Although a peaceful stillness is always found at the very core of the mature soul, they are easily inspired, outrageous in their ideas and simply excited about being alive in this amazing multidimensional Universe. The immature soul is easy to identify as he/she will put others down to lift him/herself up. Since they abide in ego, they always live in a constant state of insecurity because they haven't yet found the courage to venture deep inside, to the very core of their being, and discover the vast cosmic consciousness and all-forgiving love that's always there.
Maturity certainly isn't something attained through age or adulthood. There are many children these days who are more mature than many adults, and the numbers seem to be increasing! The ultimate maturity comes through a welcoming of the large variety of different "hot and cold" experiences life gives you. It is a willingness to patiently bear the emotional storms of life, knowing always that everything is temporary and this too shall pass away. This cosmic understanding leads to the ripening of consciousness. And as Osho once said, "The ripened fruit simply falls from the tree." When your consciousness is fully ripe and mature, your burdens, difficulties and problems in life will naturally fall away. You'll stop manifesting them because your consciousness will be sooooo high, that you couldn't be entertained or "hooked" by the ego/mind's illusion once again.
You must know that this Mount Everest of enlightenment is tremendously high, and there are many many old unconscious patterns from your past that need to resurface to be transcended along the way. To climb this peak in your Sunday slippers simply means the journey wasn't a real adventure, yet only a lazy stroll through your neighborhood park. If you yourself are spiritually awake, yet find yourself falling back into your ego's dramatic play again and again, do not be discouraged. This is just one stage of the ripening process. The secret here is consciously allowing yourself to fall back into ego/mind, and when it happens do it with utter awareness. Bring pure consciousness into the ego/mind and let the two merge. This will burn away your past karmic conditioning faster than chanting a billion mantras and truly liberate you! We are all swinging on this pendulum that flows between the ego and spirit, and there's no getting off this ride until you have mastered it. This mastery is your journey into maturity. So with pure awareness meet and greet every ego/mind you encounter. Watch how the ego rises and falls, all the while you are witnessing it, relaxed at the core and in a state of awe of this great pendulum

Make Bliss Your Prority
Whatever we focus our attention on is what grows and expands into our lives. The mind is like a magnifying glass that intensifies and brings closer whatever the object is under it's gaze. You'll notice that when you focus your mind on the feeling of bliss (a pure lightness of being that is free from all worries and concerns) you magnify and magnetize that higher experience into your life. You instantly become a "bliss magnet" and start attracting all sorts of positive easy flowing situations. If you remain connected with this feeling for several hours, then out of the bliss arises an exquisite inner calm, which spontaneously ignites the recognition and experience of a fully awakened manifesting being who is vibrantly alive within you.
When you are 100% committed to one specific thing in your life, no matter what it is, all the energy of the Universe flows in that direction. There is a tremendous goldmine of power found in prioritization. You cannot feel powerless, weak or a victim to anything in your life when you discover this secret. You can simply change the priority of your mind's attention and those new manifestations will form for you. The day that bliss becomes the #1 priority, all your problems, illnesses, fears and limitations will miraculously drop away! Yes, miraculous changes can occur overnight when you prioritize the feeling of bliss over everything else. This doesn't mean you give up feeding your children or going to work, you just do it all from a place of joy, freedom and bliss.
The benefits of making a close relationship with bliss are incalculable. For starters, you become a bright ball of happiness for everyone to enjoy! People will wake up from just walking beside you along your path. You may notice that others are unconsciously attracted to you, and love your company simply because you're vibrating at this higher frequency. A new world of opportunities will open its doors for you, and success will come bowing down caressing your feet. In bliss vibration, you can never manifest a health problem, a financial issue nor a relationship challenge because your frequency just won't allow for it. When bliss is the priority you'll be having too much fun creating Heaven on Earth, playing the role of an enlightened joy-filled bridge.

Symptoms of Spiritual Awakenings
Symptoms of Spiritual Awakening

Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides. Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don't worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night's sleep. If you can't go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.
Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the center of your head. As I mentioned in #1, I have been experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown. In the past, I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle vise. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was covered with goosebumps. Advice: This is nothing to be alarmed about. What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.
Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is not to be confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra. Advice: Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don't direct the emotions at anyone. You are cleaning out your past. If you want some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these old issues and ask your Higher Power to help you. You can also ask Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful that your body is releasing these emotions and not holding onto them inside where they can do harm. One source suggests that depression is linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. that no longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.
Old "stuff" seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues. Or perhaps you need to work through issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The resources or people you need to help you move through these issues start to appear. Advice: Same as #3. Additionally, don't get too involved in analyzing these issues. Examining them too much will simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don't want these issues to stay stuck in your body.
Changes in weight. The weight gain in the US population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defense. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies. Advice: Don't freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this. Then you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually. Exercise. Before eating, try this: Sit at the table with an attractive place setting. Light a candle. Enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are going to use the food to richly nourish it, but that you are not going to use the food to fulfill your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold-- I like to think that the food is good for me when it feels warm and nourishing to my hand. I have also noticed that when I practice blessing the food, I don't eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the hook when you forget to bless the food before you eat. If I've forgotten and I've nearly finished eating, I bless the food anyway. That way I don't slip out of the habit. Another thing you can do is to stay present while eating -- don't watch TV or read. Heartily enjoy what blessings are before you.
Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier. Advice: Don't deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not sure, you might try muscle-testing before you chose a food to see if it's what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in #5.
Food intolerances, allergies you never had before: As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is sloughing off what doesn't serve it anymore. You might be cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race. Advice: An acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes (don't swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out into the toilet -- not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your body and don't want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the same. Then clean your brush. (Sorry this is yukky, but it works.)
Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity. 8a. Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but redness. You may also see geometric shapes or brilliant colors and pictures when eyes are closed. Colors appear more vivid -- the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green. Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides). Advice: Your vision is changing in many ways -- you are experiencing new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning. 8b. Hearing: Increased or decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia-- you can't always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the situation. Again, there is nothing to fear. Advice: Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new frequencies. 8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I notice I can now smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful. For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.
Skin eruptions: Rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles. Anger produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin. I had a dermatitis on my extremities for several months that accompanied healing an episode from my past. When I had worked through most of the issue, the condition was released. Advice: You may be sloughing off toxins and bringing emotions to the surface. When there is an issue to be released and you are trying to repress it, your skin will express the issue for you until you process the emotions. Work through your "stuff".
Episodes of intense energy which make you want to leap out of bed and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. The fatigue usually follows great shifts. This is a time of integration, so give into it. Advice: Roll with the nature of the energy. Don't fight it. Be gentle with yourself. Take naps if you are tired. Write your novel if you are too energized to sleep. Take advantage of the type of energy.
Changes in prayer or meditation. Not feeling the same sensations as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with Spirit. Difficulty in focusing. Advice: You may be in more instant and constant communion with Spirit now and the sensation may therefore be altered. You will adapt to this new feeling. You are actually thinking and acting in partnership with Spirit most of the time now. You may find your meditation periods shorter.
Power surges: All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people have felt inexplicably cold. I have experienced both. More recently I experience waves or currents of energy rolling through me. Sometimes the energy seems so intense when it first comes into my body that I feel a little nauseated. But if I think of the energy as divine and let go of fear, I feel wonderful and enjoy the sensation. If you are an energy worker, you may have noticed that the heat running through your hands has increased tremendously. This is good. Advice: If you are uncomfortable, ask your Higher Power, that if it be for your best and highest good, to turn down/up the temperature a bit.
A range of physical manifestations: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Some of us have even had old conditions from childhood reappear briefly for healing. Advice: Remember what I said about seeking medical help if you need it! If you have determined that this is not a medical condition, relax in the realization that it is only temporary.
Looking younger. Yippee! As you clear emotional issues and release limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you are actually lighter. Your frequency is higher. You love yourself and life more. You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.
Vivid dreams. Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are not "dreaming" -- that what is happening is somehow real. Advice: You will remember what is important for you to remember. Don't force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
Events that completely alter your life: death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes -- sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
A desire to break free from restrictive patterns, life-draining jobs consumptive lifestyles, and toxic people or situations. You feel a compelling need to "find yourself" and your life purpose -- now! You want to be creative and free to be who you really are. You might find yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to unclutter yourself from things and people that no longer serve you. Advice: Do it!
Emotional and mental confusion: A feeling that you need to get your life straightened out--it feels like a mess. But at the same time you feel chaotic and unable to focus. See #45. Advice: Put your ear to your heart and your own discernment will follow.
Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities: This stage has come as a surprise to many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, "I don't know why, but I don't like to go out as much as before."
Creativity bursts: Receiving images, ideas, music, and other creative inspirations at an often overwhelming rate. Advice: At least record these inspirations, for Spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfill your purpose and contribute to the healing of the planet.
A perception that time is accelerating. It seems that way because you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing. Advice: Breaking your day up into appointments and time segments increases the sense of acceleration .You can slow time down by relaxing into the present moment and paying attention to what's at hand, not anticipating what's ahead. Slow down and tell yourself that you have plenty of time. Ask your Higher Power to help you. Keep your focus on the present. Try to flow from one activity to the next. Stay tuned to your inner guidance. You can also warp time by asking for it. Next time you feel rushed, say, "Time warp, please. I need some more time to -----." Then relax.
A sense of impendingness. There is a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety. Advice: There is nothing to worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts -- positive or negative-- are prayers. There is nothing to fear.
Impatience. You know better, but sometimes you can't help it. You want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is not comfortable. Advice: Learn to live with the uncertainty, knowing that nothing comes to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a lack of trust, especially trust in your Higher Power. When you focus on the present, you will experience miracles -- yes, even in traffic.
A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelation. Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in your life. "Constant craving", as k.d. lang says. The material world cannot fulfill this longing. Advice: Follow your heart and the way will open up for you.
A feeling that you are somehow different. A disquieting sense that everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your old self behind. You have. You are much greater than you can possibly imagine. There is more to come.
"Teachers" appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, Mother Nature, etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective, they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on. By the way, we never get more than we are ready to master. Each challenge presents us with an opportunity to show our mastery in passing through it.
You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and "speaks to you" at the most profound levels. Suddenly you are gaining a perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside to discover more about who you are and why you are here
You are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid pace. You sense that you are "getting it" quite readily. Advice: Keep remembering that things will come to you when they are ready to be healed. Not sooner. Deal with whatever comes up with courage and you will move through the issues rapidly.
Invisible presences. Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also feel their body orbed vibrate. The vibrations are caused by energetic changes after emotional clearing has taken place. Advice: This is a sensitive topic, but you may feel better blessing your bed and space around it before you sleep. I rest assured that I am surrounded only by the most magnificent spiritual entities and am always safe in God's care. Sometimes, however, the fear gets to me, and I call in Archangel Michael and/or Archangel Uriel. I don't beat myself up for being afraid sometimes. I forgive myself for not always sovereign at 3:00 a.m.
Portents, visions, "illusions", numbers, and symbols: Seeing things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message if you take the time to look. I enjoy the experience of "getting the messages." What fun!
Increased integrity: You realize that it is time for you to seek and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say "no" to people whom you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn't support who you are. You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships. Advice: Listen to your heart. If your guidance tells you not to do something, speak up and take action. Say "no". Likewise, you must also say "yes" to that which compels you. You must risk displeasing others without guilt in order to attain spiritual sovereignty.
Harmony with seasons and cycles: You are becoming more tuned to the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the earth.
Electrical and mechanical malfunctions: When you are around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire. Advice: Call on your angels, guides, or Grace Elohim to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with bluelight. Laugh.
Increased synchronicity and many small miracles. Look for more of these. Advice: Synchronistic events tell you if you are heading in the right direction or making the correct choices. Honor these clues and you cannot go astray. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate to you. That's when you begin to experience daily miracles. See #30.
Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness: Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one's essence and that of others. Channeling angelic and Christ-consciousness energies.
Communication with Spirit. Contact with angels, spirit guides, and other divine entities. Channeling. More and more people seem to be given this opportunity. Feeling inspiration and downloading information that takes form as writing, painting, ideas, communications, dance, etc.
A sense of Oneness with all. A direct experience of this Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.
Moments of joy and bliss. A deep abiding sense of peace and knowing that you are never alone.
Integration: You become emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually stronger and clearer. You feel as if you are in alignment with your Higher Self.
Living your purpose: You know you are finally doing what you came to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to make sense. You are finally going to use them all. Advice: Listen to your heart. Your passion leads you to where you must go. Go within and ask your Higher Power, "What is it you would have me do?" Watch for synchronicities. Listen.
Feeling closer to animals and plants. To some people, animals now seem to be more "human" in their behavior. Wild animals are less afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever. Some may even have messages for you.
Seeing beings of other dimensions. The veil between dimensions is thinner, so it is not surprising. Just stay in your sovereignty. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine, so do not entertain fear. Ask your guides for help if you slip into fear.
Seeing a person's true form or seeing loved ones with a different face -- past life or parallel life.
Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and efficiently. Advice: Monitor your thoughts. All thoughts are prayers. Be careful what you ask for.
Left -brain fogginess. Your psychic abilities, your intuitive knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the left brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere's capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing, analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain. What results are memory lapses, placing words in the wrong sequence, inability or no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness, being scattered; losing interesting research or complex information; feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. On the other hand, you might find yourself drawn to the sensate: videos, magazines with photos, beautiful artwork, movies, music, sculpting, painting, being with people, dancing, gardening, walking, and other kinesthetic forms of expression. You may search for spiritual content, even science fiction. Advice: You may discover that if you allow your heart and your right brain to lead you, the left will then be activated appropriately to support you. And someday we will be well-balanced, using both hemispheres with mastery.
Dizziness. This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your "lighter" state. Advice: Ground yourself by eating protein. Sometimes "comfort food" feels right. Don't make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.
Falling, having accidents, breaking bones. Your body is not grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or heal certain issues. There is always a message. When I recently broke my ankle, I understand that my ankle was taking on what I myself refused to deal with. And that was all of the above. Advice: Stay grounded by taking your shoes off and putting your feet in the grass; even better, lie down on the grass without a blanket under you. Feel the earth beneath you. Get out in nature. Slow down and pay attention. Be mindful about what you are doing. Feel your feelings when they come up. Stay in the present. Surround yourself with blue light when you are feeling shaky.
Heart palpitations. A racing heart usually accompanies a heart opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is re-balancing itself after an emotional release. I had one episode that terrified me: I woke up in the middle of the night, my heart pounding. I thought it was going to come right out of my chest. It only happened once and was, I understand, a huge heart-chakra opening. But I did check it out. There is nothing wrong with my heart. Advice: Remember what I said about getting medical attention when needed. Consult your doctor about any conditions you are not comfortable with.
Faster hair and nail growth. More protein is being used in the body. Too bad we can't tell the body where to grow the hair and where not to grow it. (Or can we? Hmmm.)
A desire to find your soulmate or twin flame. More than ever before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we are seems more desirable. Advice: The truth is, we have to be the kind of person we want to attract. We have to love ourselves and where we are right now before we can attract a more "perfect" mate. The work begins at home. Here is how I think it works: Hold the desire for this person in your heart, but without attachment. Expect that someday you will meet someone who is more suited to you, but let go of any expectations as to who this will be and how it will happen. Focus instead on cleaning up your own life and being the kind of person you want to be. Be happy now. Enjoy your life. Then you may see.....
Memories surface. Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our "selves", so expect to have some of these experiences. Advice. Keep in mind that it is best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don't analyze everything to death (because you will be stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.

Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides. Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don't worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night's sleep. If you can't go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.
Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the center of your head. As I mentioned in #1, I have been experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown. In the past, I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle vise. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was covered with goosebumps. Advice: This is nothing to be alarmed about. What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.
Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is not to be confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra. Advice: Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don't direct the emotions at anyone. You are cleaning out your past. If you want some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these old issues and ask your Higher Power to help you. You can also ask Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful that your body is releasing these emotions and not holding onto them inside where they can do harm. One source suggests that depression is linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. that no longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.
Old "stuff" seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues. Or perhaps you need to work through issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The resources or people you need to help you move through these issues start to appear. Advice: Same as #3. Additionally, don't get too involved in analyzing these issues. Examining them too much will simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don't want these issues to stay stuck in your body.
Changes in weight. The weight gain in the US population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defense. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies. Advice: Don't freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this. Then you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually. Exercise. Before eating, try this: Sit at the table with an attractive place setting. Light a candle. Enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are going to use the food to richly nourish it, but that you are not going to use the food to fulfill your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold-- I like to think that the food is good for me when it feels warm and nourishing to my hand. I have also noticed that when I practice blessing the food, I don't eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the hook when you forget to bless the food before you eat. If I've forgotten and I've nearly finished eating, I bless the food anyway. That way I don't slip out of the habit. Another thing you can do is to stay present while eating -- don't watch TV or read. Heartily enjoy what blessings are before you.
Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier. Advice: Don't deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not sure, you might try muscle-testing before you chose a food to see if it's what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in #5.
Food intolerances, allergies you never had before: As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is sloughing off what doesn't serve it anymore. You might be cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race. Advice: An acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes (don't swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out into the toilet -- not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your body and don't want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the same. Then clean your brush. (Sorry this is yukky, but it works.)
Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity. 8a. Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but redness. You may also see geometric shapes or brilliant colors and pictures when eyes are closed. Colors appear more vivid -- the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green. Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides). Advice: Your vision is changing in many ways -- you are experiencing new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning. 8b. Hearing: Increased or decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia-- you can't always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the situation. Again, there is nothing to fear. Advice: Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new frequencies. 8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I notice I can now smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful. For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.
Skin eruptions: Rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles. Anger produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin. I had a dermatitis on my extremities for several months that accompanied healing an episode from my past. When I had worked through most of the issue, the condition was released. Advice: You may be sloughing off toxins and bringing emotions to the surface. When there is an issue to be released and you are trying to repress it, your skin will express the issue for you until you process the emotions. Work through your "stuff".
Episodes of intense energy which make you want to leap out of bed and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. The fatigue usually follows great shifts. This is a time of integration, so give into it. Advice: Roll with the nature of the energy. Don't fight it. Be gentle with yourself. Take naps if you are tired. Write your novel if you are too energized to sleep. Take advantage of the type of energy.
Changes in prayer or meditation. Not feeling the same sensations as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with Spirit. Difficulty in focusing. Advice: You may be in more instant and constant communion with Spirit now and the sensation may therefore be altered. You will adapt to this new feeling. You are actually thinking and acting in partnership with Spirit most of the time now. You may find your meditation periods shorter.
Power surges: All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people have felt inexplicably cold. I have experienced both. More recently I experience waves or currents of energy rolling through me. Sometimes the energy seems so intense when it first comes into my body that I feel a little nauseated. But if I think of the energy as divine and let go of fear, I feel wonderful and enjoy the sensation. If you are an energy worker, you may have noticed that the heat running through your hands has increased tremendously. This is good. Advice: If you are uncomfortable, ask your Higher Power, that if it be for your best and highest good, to turn down/up the temperature a bit.
A range of physical manifestations: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Some of us have even had old conditions from childhood reappear briefly for healing. Advice: Remember what I said about seeking medical help if you need it! If you have determined that this is not a medical condition, relax in the realization that it is only temporary.
Looking younger. Yippee! As you clear emotional issues and release limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you are actually lighter. Your frequency is higher. You love yourself and life more. You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.
Vivid dreams. Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are not "dreaming" -- that what is happening is somehow real. Advice: You will remember what is important for you to remember. Don't force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
Events that completely alter your life: death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes -- sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
A desire to break free from restrictive patterns, life-draining jobs consumptive lifestyles, and toxic people or situations. You feel a compelling need to "find yourself" and your life purpose -- now! You want to be creative and free to be who you really are. You might find yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to unclutter yourself from things and people that no longer serve you. Advice: Do it!
Emotional and mental confusion: A feeling that you need to get your life straightened out--it feels like a mess. But at the same time you feel chaotic and unable to focus. See #45. Advice: Put your ear to your heart and your own discernment will follow.
Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities: This stage has come as a surprise to many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, "I don't know why, but I don't like to go out as much as before."
Creativity bursts: Receiving images, ideas, music, and other creative inspirations at an often overwhelming rate. Advice: At least record these inspirations, for Spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfill your purpose and contribute to the healing of the planet.
A perception that time is accelerating. It seems that way because you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing. Advice: Breaking your day up into appointments and time segments increases the sense of acceleration .You can slow time down by relaxing into the present moment and paying attention to what's at hand, not anticipating what's ahead. Slow down and tell yourself that you have plenty of time. Ask your Higher Power to help you. Keep your focus on the present. Try to flow from one activity to the next. Stay tuned to your inner guidance. You can also warp time by asking for it. Next time you feel rushed, say, "Time warp, please. I need some more time to -----." Then relax.
A sense of impendingness. There is a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety. Advice: There is nothing to worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts -- positive or negative-- are prayers. There is nothing to fear.
Impatience. You know better, but sometimes you can't help it. You want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is not comfortable. Advice: Learn to live with the uncertainty, knowing that nothing comes to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a lack of trust, especially trust in your Higher Power. When you focus on the present, you will experience miracles -- yes, even in traffic.
A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelation. Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in your life. "Constant craving", as k.d. lang says. The material world cannot fulfill this longing. Advice: Follow your heart and the way will open up for you.
A feeling that you are somehow different. A disquieting sense that everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your old self behind. You have. You are much greater than you can possibly imagine. There is more to come.
"Teachers" appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, Mother Nature, etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective, they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on. By the way, we never get more than we are ready to master. Each challenge presents us with an opportunity to show our mastery in passing through it.
You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and "speaks to you" at the most profound levels. Suddenly you are gaining a perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside to discover more about who you are and why you are here
You are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid pace. You sense that you are "getting it" quite readily. Advice: Keep remembering that things will come to you when they are ready to be healed. Not sooner. Deal with whatever comes up with courage and you will move through the issues rapidly.
Invisible presences. Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also feel their body orbed vibrate. The vibrations are caused by energetic changes after emotional clearing has taken place. Advice: This is a sensitive topic, but you may feel better blessing your bed and space around it before you sleep. I rest assured that I am surrounded only by the most magnificent spiritual entities and am always safe in God's care. Sometimes, however, the fear gets to me, and I call in Archangel Michael and/or Archangel Uriel. I don't beat myself up for being afraid sometimes. I forgive myself for not always sovereign at 3:00 a.m.
Portents, visions, "illusions", numbers, and symbols: Seeing things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message if you take the time to look. I enjoy the experience of "getting the messages." What fun!
Increased integrity: You realize that it is time for you to seek and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say "no" to people whom you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn't support who you are. You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships. Advice: Listen to your heart. If your guidance tells you not to do something, speak up and take action. Say "no". Likewise, you must also say "yes" to that which compels you. You must risk displeasing others without guilt in order to attain spiritual sovereignty.
Harmony with seasons and cycles: You are becoming more tuned to the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the earth.
Electrical and mechanical malfunctions: When you are around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire. Advice: Call on your angels, guides, or Grace Elohim to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with bluelight. Laugh.
Increased synchronicity and many small miracles. Look for more of these. Advice: Synchronistic events tell you if you are heading in the right direction or making the correct choices. Honor these clues and you cannot go astray. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate to you. That's when you begin to experience daily miracles. See #30.
Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness: Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one's essence and that of others. Channeling angelic and Christ-consciousness energies.
Communication with Spirit. Contact with angels, spirit guides, and other divine entities. Channeling. More and more people seem to be given this opportunity. Feeling inspiration and downloading information that takes form as writing, painting, ideas, communications, dance, etc.
A sense of Oneness with all. A direct experience of this Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.
Moments of joy and bliss. A deep abiding sense of peace and knowing that you are never alone.
Integration: You become emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually stronger and clearer. You feel as if you are in alignment with your Higher Self.
Living your purpose: You know you are finally doing what you came to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to make sense. You are finally going to use them all. Advice: Listen to your heart. Your passion leads you to where you must go. Go within and ask your Higher Power, "What is it you would have me do?" Watch for synchronicities. Listen.
Feeling closer to animals and plants. To some people, animals now seem to be more "human" in their behavior. Wild animals are less afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever. Some may even have messages for you.
Seeing beings of other dimensions. The veil between dimensions is thinner, so it is not surprising. Just stay in your sovereignty. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine, so do not entertain fear. Ask your guides for help if you slip into fear.
Seeing a person's true form or seeing loved ones with a different face -- past life or parallel life.
Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and efficiently. Advice: Monitor your thoughts. All thoughts are prayers. Be careful what you ask for.
Left -brain fogginess. Your psychic abilities, your intuitive knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the left brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere's capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing, analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain. What results are memory lapses, placing words in the wrong sequence, inability or no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness, being scattered; losing interesting research or complex information; feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. On the other hand, you might find yourself drawn to the sensate: videos, magazines with photos, beautiful artwork, movies, music, sculpting, painting, being with people, dancing, gardening, walking, and other kinesthetic forms of expression. You may search for spiritual content, even science fiction. Advice: You may discover that if you allow your heart and your right brain to lead you, the left will then be activated appropriately to support you. And someday we will be well-balanced, using both hemispheres with mastery.
Dizziness. This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your "lighter" state. Advice: Ground yourself by eating protein. Sometimes "comfort food" feels right. Don't make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.
Falling, having accidents, breaking bones. Your body is not grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or heal certain issues. There is always a message. When I recently broke my ankle, I understand that my ankle was taking on what I myself refused to deal with. And that was all of the above. Advice: Stay grounded by taking your shoes off and putting your feet in the grass; even better, lie down on the grass without a blanket under you. Feel the earth beneath you. Get out in nature. Slow down and pay attention. Be mindful about what you are doing. Feel your feelings when they come up. Stay in the present. Surround yourself with blue light when you are feeling shaky.
Heart palpitations. A racing heart usually accompanies a heart opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is re-balancing itself after an emotional release. I had one episode that terrified me: I woke up in the middle of the night, my heart pounding. I thought it was going to come right out of my chest. It only happened once and was, I understand, a huge heart-chakra opening. But I did check it out. There is nothing wrong with my heart. Advice: Remember what I said about getting medical attention when needed. Consult your doctor about any conditions you are not comfortable with.
